You seem pretty keen to be first to comment on these results ART123 and, as usual, negatively so. If this update is not designed to let the market know things are going well then why bother at all releasing it?

Sadly we know he has no good news to offer and imho announcing any new distributors won't cut the mustard by a long stretch. I'm definitely voting him out and hope everyone else can be bothered to do likewise. His remuneration is disgusting for the value he has - or rather hasn't - delivered to share holders. He has essentially put all the jobs of GDR employees at huge risk by getting things so badly wrong to date.

AGMs between Christmas and New Year always smack of cowardice to me. A company chooses the most difficult and least convenient time for it's AGM in the hope none of its share holders turn up. Just rubbish all over.

I suspect pis wanting Budd out will be vastly outnumbered by iis and others willing to see him stay, more’s the pity.

Will be telling though to see by just how much of a margin he is voted in. It could be that who ever put the money up for the placing at 25p knows what’s going on…could even be a player that eventually wants to own GDR outright?

Dismal that Budd receives more than half the revenue the whole company has generated in the six months to June. Either they are all great buddies (‘scuse the pun) and just to make him happy or they know something we don’t ie what the grand plan is. We’ll only know what’s really up their sleeve once it’s too late to benefit as lowly share holders.

Why do people keep pointing out that V prices are up here, there and everywhere? It has no impact on BMN as demonstrated by the decline in the sp overa long period and now hopefully reaching the bottom and, whilst not going any lower, we’re certainly not going up. Fortune has to hope things go his way in SA on the political front or there’s more stalling to come here for the foreseeable . lth14 I respectfully disagree. The sp absolutely reflects the true value of a company that is spending £400k per month and making only £50k per year. GDR has good products but ones that have no track record of being in demand thus far ie no sales to date, so one could make the case that the sp already has some potential priced in and therefore is actually quite generous in relation to true value. If the sp doesn't reflect true value then it's more likely overvalued currently, rather than undervalued. I happen to think it's about right at the moment and hopefully won't sink any further.

Only once they begin to generate sales will the sp start to move. Budd has proven time and again to be capable of messing up the seemingly most simple of tasks so confidence in his ability to see GDR through to successful commercialisation is extremely fragile. If they get news from NICE in February that is positive then it's possible the sp will start to move but certainly not a given. Had Budd and his team managed to sell meaningful numbers to date then confidence would be high but he is spending an awful lot of money on more than just one salary of a sales team that is achieving very little. That's not good management of company funds.

GDR is totally up in the air now. BOD could take this in a number of directions but it's become clear if they attempt to go it alone then they could easily end up driving GDR into administration such is the lack of ability in the business acumen and leadership of the CEO David Budd. Fingers crossed there is a buyout offer which kicks off a bidding war between a couple of the bigger pharmas. That's by far the quickest way holders here will be able to get out and recoup losses.

No it most definitely won't. Certainly not before February NICE news and further news on widespread adoption of AIHL throughout the NHS Neonatal Intensive Care Units across the whole of the UK. That may happen by the end of 2023 but not 'very soon' as you keep predicting...wrongly!

The Molopo drill commenced Sept 22nd I think so hopefully they will be keen to get results out before Christmas as they must know investors will be keen for some positive news before heading into the Happy Holidays!

The BOD are preparing to take this private imho and have put out comms to try and rid themselves of pis - again imo - in order to help pis save themselves from losing everything. I've changed my stance on the chance of a buy out too. I think taking GDR private and then selling to a pharma or such like for £5m is highly likely. Gilham gets £1m, Budd gets £1m and other Directors take big payouts. Staff all have their jobs saved and everyone is happy. Oh apart from the hapless pis who have bought into this sham and stubbornly refused to admit they've got it wrong.

No company posts £4.5m annual spend and income of £50k results unless they want to be taken out. They made damn sure those numbers were as bad as they could possibly be. It's a play imho and one that if you're still invested in is going to ruin your Christmas. Just my opinion. I'm getting out as and when I can but offers to buy shares are few and far between from the mms.

You did say 'this share price will INcrease steadily from here' didn't you? Hmmm It's steadily doing the exact opposite over the last two weeks. Early days I know but I'm not sure this stock is going up any time soon tbh. Hopefully the life isn't going to be squeezed out of Blencowe by the Chinese JV partner.... The BODs will have to be razor sharp and determined to see off attempts to gobble BRES up on the cheap. It's happened so many times in the last 3 - 5 years. Lots and lots of small companies like Blencowe do all the hard work and then the Chinese swoop in with small jv deals and getting their own people appointed on Board of Directors only to then work from the inside out to take over entire companies cheaply. Got a slight sense of deja vu here....but I'm new so it's early days and I will wait and see how the next few months go.

Stout, even any small rise is being sold into. By whom I know not but unless there are some majorly good results here it looks as if the general market malaise is going to take us lower. No end in sight to the wretched war in Ukraine so I think things are going to be tough for a while longer before we see any evidence of that market rebound PJ keeps talking of.

It would help if they could oblige by getting themselves relisted sooner rather than later though....

Hopefully this will now be the start of that particular process. Can't see much happening to the sp before this happens.
