Because it’s not PJ’s style to stay quiet about anything. I like the fact he keeps the market updated but when he goes quiet on something and a different project is suddenly foisted on to the Twitter and RNS feeds I suspect the need to divert attention away from less that spectacular results at Molopo.

PJ has used the word ‘transformational’ many many times but what ever news he keeps feeding the market with is anything but. By February we’ll know if anything is truly in the offing or whether it’s just been another lot of hot air. If it had then this won’t be at 20p for years and years. Transformational at snail pace.

We’ll see Crisplex. We’ll see.

The only way the mcap is going to quickly grow here in order to do a raise is news from the FDA . If that landed suddenly and GDR told they can go there De Novo route then it’sa game changer. That’s the path to sales in the US far sooner than having to go through the usual process which costs about $2m and takes well over a year.

NHS roll out not likely imo until summer or autumn at best with revenue starting to roll in by end of this year. That means GDR would need to borrow at least £2.4m to see them through to the point where revenue takes the strain. No idea how they’re going to raise that much when they’re monthly spend is £400k against about £100k revenue at current levels.

Debt is very expensive to take on now so I think they’ll either have to hope there’s a huge increase in mcap on NICE news in Feb or they receive a take over bid and that generates enough interest to spark a bidding war.

Sub 1p this week? Suspect many like me think Molopo is a dud, hence the sudden fast tracking of Tati as PJ knows he’s going to lose lots of mcap without a discovery very soon.

Tati looking like it’s going to come to PJ’s rescue. Focus on this please and give all the paper shuffling a rest for a while.

Well for me, he’s actually gone and done exactly what I wanted which is to now prioritise Tati and get some good results out early 2023. He needs one good win and then he can tackle each of the other projects at his leisure. Share holders need to be reassured he and the team know what they’re doing geology wise. I know PJ is an accountant but the note serious geology brains are now engaged in IPO candidates.

Just one result, preferably before Christmas (although after this afternoon’s RNS I think we’re not going to get anything until 2023) and Buck the market trend by actually attracting investors. I’ve never known it as bad as it is now in terms of sentiment. There’s even talk of markets not recovering for years thanks to Putins plan to ring fence BRICS big deals and exclude the West. Come on Paul, you know you want to..

I’ve been saying the same thing and pointing out that PJ’s enthusiasm and terminology will not be tolerated again for a long time if people see their POW holdings nosedive 50% just before Christmas because Molopo ends up being a damp squib.

The update for 2023 I’ve just received doesn’t mention anything about possibly exciting results due any day from a Molopo. That’s a sea change from the last two or three months in comms. I know you’ve got to play the long game here but I agree with others if PJ has led lots of pis up the garden path on this they won’t forgive easily…or any time soon!

Hmmm call me a cynic but I think this means they know Molopo isn’t great.

Fair bit of money flying out the door now. We need an excellent set of results. Not another accountant-shuffling of paperwork that add no true value. I’m getting the feeling results from Molopo aren’t going to be what we’d hoped for as PJ’s focus is clearly on other things rather talking to potential JV partner on the back of huge nickel discoveries. That’s what I was really hoping for.

Oh well, there’s always next Christmas.

Mms are playing their part in this. I’ve seen it in several stocks I’m on over the past few weeks. More so the last fortnight. Even on something like 0.02% of mcap sold share prices are being dropped by several %.

Is there a wider game being played here by mms in setting up iis and mates etc for huge gains by over doing the drops across the market? That said, there’s no end in sight to the situation in Ukraine so maybe the makers have further to fall.

Interesting article Nissang. For me, GDR has just got too much potential with even just these two tests not to be gobbled up by one of the big pharmas. I predict a US name will be the one to sign the final cheque.

At least by finally getting off his backside and shouting about these tests Budd will finally be drawing some attention to the potential. His sales team are a joke and should be fired immediately as we’re only wasting money on them and shortening GDR’s cash run. Strengthen the cash position and cut costs and just shout as loudly as you can as one of the big pharmas will doubtless already be well aware of the global market for these products.

If the sp could somehow reach the dizzy heights of 20 - 25p again before the NICE news in Feb then I could see an initial bid of 68p per share but if a bidding war ensues then who knows… please Budd keep shouting out
