It's a bit grim when our best hope of a decent return on our investments in the short term is the emergence of new dangerous variant of Covid.

I'm slowly bringing my average down (only in very small amounts of £200 - £300 as I see an upturn towards the end of the month as highly likely. Any whiff of some Covid transactions and Starres is right, this could fly off the handle easily.

Maestro - good info but…I think AMC is a very different kettle of fish to Kinross. The money involved is a tenth of those sums and we’ve got someone hell bent on delaying the deal (our own CEO Robin Young) so he can squeeze out as many months salary pay cheques as possible. I don’t very much he’s really looking into other options at his age and will be focusing on getting out as much money for himself as possible before holding his hands up and retiring. It would suit RY to wait until the war is over until this is sorted - and that could be years - as effectively he can retire now, put his feet up and draw $15k per month cos his holidays and world cruises. He has the perfect excuse to sit back and do nothing for as long as the sanctions remain in place. He could sack anyone else working for the company, increase his own take home pay and squeeze as much out of the cash reserves until he’s voted out at the next AGM.

Honestly? I think our money is gone here. RY is both clueless as to how to progress things from here and is focused on his own greed rather than looking it for the interests of share holders. Gloomy? Yes. Realistic? Sadly yes. It’s a typical AIM heist.

Going to take something fairly special to see this up and stay over 3p. Here’s hoping those results coming soon are jolly positive!

Tray55 - as has been explained to you before, it's not a simple case of investors being impatient. I've been invested here just over three years now and, whilst certainly not all bad, I've put more in since the sp dropped from 2p+ (autumn 2021). That has now left me well in the red unfortunately and yes, that's why I get perturbed with endless comms talking about things that could be 'transformational', but after three years or so nothing has proved to be anything like it.

I need to back off this stock and others that have worn me down in 2022 and just bide my time quietly until there is something finally to get excited about. I don't want to be a negative nancy but my patience is wearing thin. Just don't assume anyone here who is critical has only been invested 5 mins and only wants a quick win. I've already been here a good deal longer than yourself. I haven't taken profit out along the way - my mistake - because I have always been fearful of missing out on that 'transformational' RNS. One day I guess it will land but my gut tells me if it isn't either Tati or Molopo then it's numerous spin outs and IPOs for another couple of years at least. GLA

i wonder if there are a load of Russians working at GDR. Russians have their Orthodox Christmas celebrations about now and might explain why there are absolutely no communications from GDR. As suspected they put that hilarious statement in the RNS about connecting with share holders to find out why they're disgruntled just to appease.

What about US FDA news? The pre submission meeting was meant to be held mid December to determine via which route GDR could apply to sell AIHL in the US. There are two options which are much quicker than the normal route and if either of these are offered to GDR it means we can get AIHL to market relatively soon.

Please, please Budd, don't make all the same mistakes you've made in previous years again in 2023. Surely having escaped being sacked you're now trying to pick up the pace of progress for the Company and its share holders. Massive Covid numbers all over the place and GDR has spent millions on a POC kit and yet not a word from you or the GDR sales team. Nothing. Zip. Nada. It's really, really f....ing woeful. Budd needs to be talking to anyone he possibly can at Heathrow, British Airways or Westminster to suggest using the GDR machines for testing new arrivals from anywhere with high case volumes eg China and even the US. I wonder if that conversation with the US DoD can. be picked up. They were going to use the GDR machines - to the tune of over £2m if I recall - but sadly Budd didn't quite manage to get it over the line. Perhaps that order is simply on hold rather than dead in the water as there still don't seem to be any faster more accurate testing kits available.

Question is does the GDR PoC Covid test pick up this new Kraken variant.

Good point BMs. If they know the Molopo results are bad then PJ would surely want to delay publishing them and first get something on Tati out that puts a spring in everyone’s step for the start of the year.

But didn’t the first offer outline a purchase over several years ie piece-meal? Suggests to me Sviblov prefer to delay…? Maybe he hasn’t actually got the cash ready atm? This must be due any time now as it was on the agenda for a meeting in mid December I think. Can't see any reason for delaying the outcome of said meeting. Surely if it's happened then some kind of decision must have been made.

Volume is much better today than it has been for a while so that's why we're up, even if the amount sold is double the amount bought.

One sustained period of buying should have us moving further up in no time. No one will want to be out as the NICE news approaches and my guess is that the selling happening this morning is largely traders who will buy in again soon to try and make another 10%. For now though, for once the mms are holding us up. Long may it continue.

either we're stuck here for months and will get a huge placing or....a jv will be announced. I can see why on balance many are deciding to sell up but who knows what the BODs might have up their sleeve.
