We're making no money other than by clever accountancy. We need to see this company start generating some income from what it's core activity and aim ie the exploration and discovery of resources and then sell them to someone. Anyone. How many more cash raises, dilution and warrants before we have actually start making some money ourselves? I've a feeling I'm going to still be here in January 2023 asking the same questions.

If TP are intent on getting their hands on EISB then there are many ways to do it. They can damage sentiment continuously by selling large chunks every time there is decent news. Eventually if the sp keeps falling and investors become disillusioned and impatient they could simply make a hostile bid for the company having brought the sp to its knees and offer double the mcap . Buying EISB for even just £18m would double what investors currently hold and who would refuse if the prospect for the next couple of years or more is more dilution and repeated cash raises.

Burt might not care about the sp but investors do and so without wanting to be too critical he's possibly played into TP's hands (this is assuming they still have designs on the company) by allowing the dramatic erosion - it's nearly 90% down in the last 18 months. I'm afraid I'm not seeing nearly enough bullish excitement or hearing enough from Burt to give me any confidence that turning down an offer of 6p a share would be a sensible option. Probably many holders have been in since Sept 2021 and so are in the red and may either be immensely frustrated by the sp performance and refuse to crystallise their losses or have lowered their average to the point where 6p a share would be a decent exit.

Pure conjecture on my part. I hope TP have simply lost interest and are selling down gradually with no particular aim to damage EISB but you just never know. They still hold about £900k worth of shares and so are in a very strong position to hurt Burt by manipulating the sp. Just no idea what their thinking is and so EISB now represents a huge risk as an investment and Burt seems perfectly ok to do nothing to change that picture.

Hoping for great results and a surge in the sp. Would be a welcome change here.

I thought he meant the initial 29.99% of BCN that Ganfeng bought, and that the figure was 225m.

Then Ganfeng increased their holding to just under 50% with a further payment of £21.9m in July 2021

then they finally bought the whole lot for a whopping $391m in August 2021.

Quite how that all relates to KDNc and the current situation I'm not sure as prices aren't the same and the whole need for Lithium has become rather urgent and desperate. I'm not arguing with anyone in that something really great is potentially in the off'ing here. I perhaps just want to temper my own expectations a little.

As things stand if we stay at around the 13 - 15p level this week I will be adding quite a lot more.

Global lithium company Ganfeng Lithium has received approval from China to buy a 29.99% equity interest in Bacanora Lithium and a 22.5% joint venture interest in the UK-based company’s Sonora lithium project, in Mexico.

Bacanora has now received £21.96-million from Ganfeng in exchange for its interest in the company and the project.

doc Martin - I think you’ve made a typo as BCN received about $25m dollars for 30% of the company. Not 225m.

All interesting thoughts and with the Amapa issue as well as the urgency at play hopefully any offers aren’t going to be derisory and just end up being a waste of time. 80p would, speaking personally, be a fab result.

Ghin - one thing in KDNC’s favour now is the time pressure. Mex govt wants to get a serious move on and won’t wait for Ganfeng to get in through the back door similar to the BCN situation. Even so, our mcap is £24m . People suggesting offers in the £s are over shooting imho. KM needs to not be greedy and test the patience of interested parties as they won’t want a relative minnow to slow progress. Mex govt could step in and dictate what happens, when it happens and for how much and that probably wouldn’t be so good for KDNC. 80p a share would imho be foolish to turn down but it’ll be shares holders who decide - if things go that way and happen properly.

Most likely outcome imho is an offer of compensation to give up any plans. Hoping we get double current mcap. If it's more I'll be delighted. £1+?? Just can't see it. It will end up being a case of take it or leave it - or end up with nout. So I'm hoping KM, having just invested another whopping £4.5k will be happy to walk away if he doubles the value of his entire holding from here.

brookieboy - they don't give a sh.t! How many times do I have to say it RY and the BODs are not aligned with share holders here. They're in for their salaries and it's all about keeping the gravy train moving along. Always has been. Things were very much easier two or three years ago but now times are so challenging people have to realise the chances are they will lose everything. RY will draw this out for as long as possible. The next communication will be an announcement saying they are making progress with the banking issue but it's still unresolved for now. Another 6 months salary. If they can they will take this up to the next AGM when they probably realise the'll be voted out.

Let's hope some things are take out of our hands and an offer from somewhere is made to buy KDNC. I worry there could be a take it or leave it offer made and that the alternative is to walk away empty handed or at least with very little. I don't feel KDNC are in anything like as strong a position at the moment as some make out on this bb. We're a relatively small player in what is a vast financial game involving several Governments and a giant Corporate in Ganfeng. Lil' ol' KDNC will do well to come away with anything like 80p or £1. Personally I'm lowering my expectations to more like 40p
