Think RY is probably enjoying a well earned rest after an exhausting autumn. Appalling that CEOs and theior whole companies can just go to ground like this and not be answerable to anyone, even for a simple 'phone call. Hardly inspires confidence.

The need for funding is not in question but the company did say they would look at alternative routes to raise money so I don't think we're going to see a placing yet. Even if Budd/Gilham decided they would go the route of another placing I think they would wait for the element of FOMO here as we approach mid Feb and news from NICE and perhaps also on the FDA pre submission conversation. Personally I'm now hoping this will edge up towards mid 20s and have a final rush up to 30p as news becomes imminent. IF, and it's actually quite a big IF, they do a placing it will be shortly after that news has landed. I say it's a big IF because if the news is good from NICE and there's confirmation GDR can go the de Novo route for AIHL FDA application I think they will be speaking to numerous potential iis who will want a piece of the pie going forwards. Either than or one of the Pharmas finally get bored of watching on the sidelines and throw in an offer for a Takeover.

Have a feeling GSA may well have cleared their short fully now after so much was bought yesterday - the remainder of their holding was only just over half a % of the mcap, so. in other words something between £50k and £100k and that was more than covered in yesterday's volume. Very helpful of posters here who post the latest on that position.

Bit of a lull now perhaps for a few days but I feel there's definitely more interest out there at these levels. Even if it's just punt money from the herd that would nudge it well over 20p

So can one assume KDNC are not in any discussions yet with any third parties? Or else they probably wouldn't have bothered to update that page on the website? Don't know. Looks flipping impressive any way so even if no interest has been registered yet hopefully it won't be long before someone comes knocking at the data room door.

If I was in a position to offer that amount to a company as an investment then, assuming one was pretty much convinced things were going to get seriously better in the future, I would want it to be at the lowest possible level ie not wait for good news which would see the share price ticket off to the moon & then place your investment but only at a much higher price. The funder might have insisted that the placing was done before any really positive news was delivered. Not that they could have known what was in the pipeline regarding results but they would most likely have been given access to the data rooms and as much info as possible without actually breaking any rules or laws.

Just trying to balance in my own thinking my negative reaction to the most recent RNS. I am still positive but terribly impatient now. Just gotta keep switching off for the odd couple of weeks and months.

Really System? I think if we get to 42p or there abouts without there being an offer to buy GDR then you'd be risking missing out on the real fun. If the mcpa gets that high even before we've started selling AIHL and Stroke Marker tests then it will almost certainly go higher later on with established income streams.

At some point someone somewhere is going to look at GDR and say 'we need to have it' and then things will get really interesting. Not going to get too excited yet though as lths know full well what can happen to GDr's share price with Buddy boy at the helm.

42p and I'd be back in the black. What a roller coaster ride this share has been these last three years! Don't care what happens as long as it all ends on a high. A massive one preferably.

With the amount of money that must have switched over to KOD today that makes the rise here all the more impressive.

This is not the usual pump and dump here. Either there’s a leak or it’s the start of the expected rise with NICE news due soon. If this is just on sentiment alone with no news then I’d be amazed if GDR did a raise now. Surely they’ll let this bubble away right up to mid Feb and then do it. At this rate could see 30p by mid Feb. Brilliant. Long May the rise continue.

Ok called all the numbers available. The one for the company rings with the international dialling code but then goes dead. Tried it 4 times. The One for the broker and Nomad put me through to someone who said they have no new information and that they had not been in contact with anyone from the Company for several weeks. The last one for Press etc the lady said she didn’t know anything about Amur Minerals!!

To say I’m surprised would not be entirely truthful. Disappointed yes, but absolutely what I expected. Time to give up on this sham.

hmmm not sure about another placing. They had one last June (£1.5m?), since when the sp has dropped 80%, bar the recent rise. The recent rise is on absolutely pathetic volume so I'm not sure what this is about.

If it is a raise then it could only happen at a horribly punitive discount as the company have done and said nothing since the Bradclad Distribution Agreement went up in smoke in October. Nor have they done or said anything about the short, mid or long term future and what they plan to do. I think many investors, self included, think its' just going down the pan and heading for administration. the last placing was to pay the Directors salaries for another year and then it'll be wound up.

VDTK has nothing. Can't get Certification to sell its products on the main Grid, had a load of stock stolen a couple of years ago, no contracts with anyone and they lost the one contract they had after a single installation was carried out. Basically it's a scam imo.

Hope GSA are getting rid of the rest of their short all in one go. That would see the sp into the high teens. News is really not far away now on several fronts. Kraken strain incoming and due to cause havoc so we might well witness one of those epic GDR surges. Certainly hope so.

I've emailed several times over the last 6 weeks enquiring as to whether or not there is any kind of time line investors can be made aware of regarding a solution to the banking issue but haven't received a single reply. Not even an out-of-office one.

i can't find a telephone number anywhere to call them. Share holders are just not even a consideration for RY - other than when he has to ask us for a vote for something. We've no clue what's going on or even if there is anything going on. Disappointing to put it mildly. At the moment I'm just hoping for an RNS totally out of the blue to say to say 'New bank found - deal finalised'. Sp shoots up. Bingo

Has Burt actually said one is due? Not sure why I thought we were expecting an update in January but looking at past RNSs I'm now not certain we are due anything until End of Year results in May. We had interim results in Sept.

Anyone any idea pls? EISB needs a bit of a shot in the arm from something and if we had another increase in sales of about 60%, similar to last year, that would do it in the short term, even if TP then set about selling another chunk of their holding.

It would offer some reassurance too (to me at least) if TB actually said something about the sp and the TP situation going forwards. At least acknowledging it and it part way explaining why the sp can't get moving north. It would hopefully make holders aware he's trying to do something positive about the situation.

Sold for £370m? Would be very, very nice!

Sviblov is getting a great resource for peanuts. Imo I sing think he’s going to change his mind. Perhaps the longer this goes on the greater the chance another buyer might come along offering more and armed with a ready made solution to the banking hurdle…? Putting a positive spin for once on a fairly duff situation.

Think you’ll find Bruno I said I hope it wouldn’t go under 10p but I know that will stretch your intellect to try and comprehend postings in shouting but the way you wish to see things. Read my posts and try to understand them. Most recently I’ve been suggesting we’re heading for towards movement as we get close to NIcE news but good forbid you let that get in the way of some blind (& dumb) ramping.
