I can't access the Binance.com site. Is it behind a paywall? Anyway, what's the reason for GS transferring such a huge amount?

I have a feeling there will be another large sell printed after hours. RF dumping all they can.

Cheek took 3 months before coming to the market with any news. He even subtly alluded to Budd's incompetence in the presentation. Budd can't be held responsible for the timing on all the upcoming news items now. For the info being submitted late or not all yes, Budd is responsible, but Cheek announced news on various fronts based on all the conversations and dealings he himself has had with the likes of NICE, NHS and FDA and of course our friends RF.

Personally think the buck stops with him now as he's fully appraised of everything Budd did/didn't do in his tenure and has acted on everything since he took over. Time will tell but I must confess I'm not completely convinced we're out of the woods just yet...

You'd hope there are several companies who have worked closely with VDTK over the last 2 or 3 years that know of the technology and quality of the products.

Personally don't think sales have been going well or else even just a handful of photos would have been put on the internet. I suspect Metrotile haven't delivered in terms of sales and may deliberately be playing hard ball to buy up VDTK for themselves. At Just current mcap of less than £1m this would be a bargain so I'd really hope someone somewhere would be willing to pay £2m for it. Would still be extremely cheap given the IP and technology and market potential.

I do know that, James2k66 and I'm fairly certain I am not senile, yet...but I rarely see misreporting being so blatant and on such tiny volume.

As for Cheek, Prof, he won't do his credibility much good will he if everything he touches so to speak turns to sh/t. Having a company in his control totally collapse isn't going to line up his next job very neatly....

Anyway, he's only been in the job for four months so I'm prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt for a while at least.

Regardless of any funding news we are due in these last 7/8 trading days of January news from NICE on a possible upgrade in the AIHL validation and the NICE review of CYP2C19. If these land and are both positive that is definitely going to see a good surge in the sp. Maybe it's me who is naive but I think there is an easy 40 or 50% uplift from 7p with good news on both those issues. i can easily understand why retail investors are nervous to get on board as GDR has been a car crash in terms of its management for the last few years but there is a new CEO on board who knows what he is doing, has the right connections within the sector AND the timing for once seems right for news. I can't believe Cheek will have put himself in the unenviable position of having only his second announcement to share holders be an apology for over promising/under delivering on the news front. Why take that risk? He'd damage sentiment and confidence even further which is clearly the very last thing he wants.

Ok not sure what’s going on here lads but my two trades are marked as sells and they were, unless I’m already completely senile, buys! That means all the others are buys too I suspect . Why are the mms doing this now? Don’t tell me there’s another placing coming and they’re dropping it towards the placing price agreed by a potential FDA funding partner… that would be just my luck.

Hmmm immediately regretting that decision. Volume has gone through the floor and the sp looks likely to drop further just as a loan might be announced for FDA…. Who knows.

If it does drop then I guess I can lower my average even more.

Why do you think it will go the other way? I can’t make Head nor tail of recent events having been convinced btc woods at least go up once ETFs approved. How wrong I was!

Actually, just between those two they opened 18% of the shares. Would only have taken one other party with some funding to support them in a take over bid. Or am I just being too hopeful? Not that I think they’d pay much but at least it could be more than the current pitiful mcap.

Hey twink, I can’t see that Gavin Mayhew has been appointed to any other position so how likely might it be that he has hooked up with another organisation in an attempt to buyout VDTk as cheaply as possible? He hasn’t sold any shares…yet, so perhaps the conversations taking place with ‘certain share holders’ were with Gavin and either another company or other significant share holders eg John Celaschi?

Imho it’s got to be sooner because I can’t see GDR surviving another year with sales as they are. There has to be something to give a serious boost in the arm to the mcap so the company can do another raise. Going to be very tight if we don’t have positive news - and I mean really positive - in the next few weeks.

I read through the article but didn’t find anything that suggests the public consultation element can take up to a year. Where did you see that bit?

Because of items 4) and 5) in that post I’m hopeful of a decent rise here in the 8 trading days left before the end of January.

If just 4) was confirmed and there is guaranteed roll out of AIHL throughout the NHS neonatal clinics what’s that going to do to GDR’s annual income? We’d then be looking at a relatively small solution to find the FDA application which in turn would help generate huge income from US sales of AIHL.

And that’s without any news on 5)

Personally think this award of shares is for Budd. No one else has left the company in the last few months. puts a lump in my throat that he gets any 'reward' for lazing around for so long. At least at current levels it doesn't amount to that much - about £20k if they were sold now.
