That’s my worry redinjun. Are we going to see huge sells posted after hours. That’s the only thing I can think of for the imbalance. I know LSE trade reporting is absolutely hopeless but to be 50%+ out is usual mm games.

Thing is, we’re now below the placing price so there’s no point in who ever the ii was in selling the rest of their shares.

SEC and all its employees must be under intense scrutiny now you’d imagine. Gensler jumping on his high horse shouting crypto can’t be trusted won’t have the same resonance it did yesterday. He’ll have some serious explaining to do and the SEC could well be on the receiving end of some rather hefty lawsuits in the next couple of weeks.

Calm at the moment though it seems on ARB share price front.

I assume those who had huge positions liquidated owing to the sudden spike/drop last night will come after the SEC and be held responsible. Not much they can do to deny their security wasn't up top scratch and that they themselves have been 'manipulated'. Can happen to anyone Gensler!

For once I agree with you Franky. jlc - he also said there would be news before the end of the year on NHS Trusts taking up AIHL. And there was. Just a single hospital in Brighton. That makes me nervous because he obviously knew perfectly well there was only one hospital but it didn't stop him from using it as an opportunity to use the plural ie suggesting there would be more. If he's done the same regarding the other issues then we're stuck with a typical AIM ceo who will always over promise and under deliver. It's just the way it is on AIM and I've a feeling RF now have their claws too deep into GDR flesh for this to come out well for ordinary retail share holders. 6p in the next week or two and then hopefully a small spike before the end of Jan. Hopefully the next news isn't of yet more dilution but I'm not confident any more.

This company is worth a small punt. That's it. It has no intrinsic value because you can't even make a vague estimation on fundamentals owing to the CEO being as vague, opaque, slippery. tight-lipped as he possibly can be on...well, everything.

Judging by how the share price has performed over the last three years it is clear the vast majority of sane people don't trust him and see no future for VAST. There will always be those who are happy to exist with their heads buried up their a.ses and a few punters worth rolling the dice to make a few extra quid every now and again.

I lost a bit but really not much. Not bitter, just feel sorry for anyone who cannot/will not see that AP is fleecing them. It's common on AIM and in lieu of everything that has or hasn't happened here over the last two or three years I fail to see how anyone can be confident in this CEO's abilities to do well for the company. Simple. I think AP's as dodgy as they come.

I now think this placing was something of a hedge against the ETFs not gaining approval and hence it was for a smaller sum than ARB really need going forwards. At least this placing has bought them time to get to the halving and hopefully on the back of a significant btc price hike they can start to change the outlook both short and long term.

It's a ball ache that the ii has just decided to forward sell all their shares by the looks of things these last couple of days. Looking at the size of many of the sells it's not pis selling out.

One another Theory but do agree a hack of anything to do with SEC is highly unlikely. It certainly wouldn’t have been any of the ETF applicants, even though I’m sure they would all have the means to do something like this if they wanted to.

Gensler will do anything to revoke or at least delay a decision and so was the ‘fake’ X post a ruse so the SEC could highlight the event as showcasing manipulation risks associated with the industry? Perfect excuse to say we need to look deeper into potential fraudulent activities within the sector before giving this Green light…? Dunno. Gensler putting out msgs where ever he can to highlight his concerns and the associated risks with cryptocurrencies. Is he just covering himself in case something dreadful happens further down the track? SEC are responsible now for this mess and uncertainty and should look to settle the issue asap.

Just nothing like enough effort or strategy in place to reduce the monthly cash burn imo so Cheek is now in the last chance saloon: deliver a cheap and fast FDA application to restore sentiment or this ends up in administration with RF taking the IP as the largest creditor.

Think that instant spike to nearly $48k for btc on the fake news of etf approval was a very interesting knee jerk reaction from someone. Unless it was an elaborate hoax to dupe pis to jump in to btc - which I don’t believe - it indicates, to me at least, that there will be a sudden inflow of funds and the btc price is going to go well above $50k.

If a $1k happened within seconds of supposed etf approval then imagine what is going to happen over an hour, or a whole day or week! Going to be one heck of a ride today if BR were right and news finally lands.

I know you can't take those figures as read but do people think that's some way off reality?

Just hoping for btc to lunge sharply tomorrow morning and for this to at least recover to 27p and I'll gladly be out. Should have sold when we were 30p+ last week darn it.

And what happens if btc goes on a charge?

Personally I think another funding package cd be being lined up and sp is being walked down to prepare for a large discount. If this drops to 6p then we’re looking at a placing possibly at 4 or 5p. At least this would get the funding issue out of the way for the FDA application

Nah don't think so now. If they'd held off with the raise then it would have been back over 30p by quite a margin with btc at $47k.

For obvious reasons the ii who gave them the funding wanted in at the lowest possible price and were probably able to force ARB's hand over the timing.

I'd be disappointed but not surprised if there is a lot of forward selling happening now before those shares are meant to hit the market on Jan 11th but everyone knows how the rules can be circumnavigated by the iis and mms to benefit their own ends.

To hit 30p again there needs to be news of ETF approvals and for btc to go on an absolute rampage. Whether we like it or not the first raise ARB needed is out of the way and there will be a second at some point if there is anything like a bull run on btc. Timing is everything.

In my humble opinion he's not in any of this for genuine business reasons. It's purely selfish greed and he already shows he doesn't care one jot about share holders. Look at the 1 year chart on Google to see just how well he's looked after your money recently. If you're a really long term holder then sit down before you look at the 5 yr chart...

The diamonds have disappeared and will never resurface and he knows that perfectly well but it was a great story to pump the share price about a year ago and get some more funds in the bank for salaries. He doesn't know his a.se from his elbow and has more than likely broken the law in many of his dealings. As I say, just an opinion but I think he's borderline criminal but this is AIM and whilst he can get away with this then of course he will as he has no conscience when it comes to looking after his share holders.
