I should qualify that post by stating that of course we won't get rinsed IF we hold through thick and thin and btc price eventually goes through the roof. Oh AND that the company doesn't go bust in the mean time.

I think GDR is going to struggle to hold these levels now. Even with an upturn in sentiment since the arrival of the new CEO the market can see RF sinking its fangs deeper and deeper into GDR and Cheek has no option but to reward lths with dilution. Oh and then let's have a little more dilution. Oh, and a bit more and rinse repeat until the price is really on the floor and GDR have to award RF millions and millions of shares so that when there eventually really is some good news any rise will be sold into heavily by RF. I guess they did save the company from going bust so beggars can't be choosers. I fear this is going to slowly drop to 6p now and possibly further if Cheek comes up with nothing by the end of this month.

Requires patience galore this stock but you will one day be rewarded with....some dilution. Of that there is no doubt.

I keep reading articles suggesting btc could drop down to $38k. Why there and not lower? And why drop at all if so many ETF providers are having to buy BTC? I guess it's the usual manipulation so that the likes of Black Rock can purchase as much btc as they want/need at lower prices. Typical that retail get rinsed.

As far as I'm aware any Director is privy to price sensitive information all the time so they cannot legally buy or sell any shares without notifying the market, regardless of the % of share issue involved. the Tr1 limits etc are for outside investors ie not insiders. Could be wrong but I think those are the rules.

Sorry. I wasn't suggesting this test would be administered to every baby. Far from it. I used the example to highlight just how much income that would bring and of course it looks absurd when you think GDR currently sell less than £50k per year!!

I'd always thought - and still believe - it's just for babies who may have to be given antibiotics ie Gentamicin once admitted to any neonatal unti. What ever, GDR's own estimated figures for income was in the region of £5m p.a from the UK. pls correct if wrong as I'm just going on memory with that. Even half of that would change the outlook significantly here.

Anyway, it doesn't matter for now. Whilst there's no news on sales or NHS roll out, FDA application or other means of funding the only issue staring investors in the face is the death spiral finance deal GDR is trapped in. Until one of those other issues creates some income or we have news which sends the mcap much much higher and GDR can do a raise on the back of that there is little to discuss here. GDR will struggle to attract any meaningful investment for the foreseeable. Come along Mr Cheek. FDA news please.

Just as an example… Working on the basis the test costs about £80 and that GDR after costs and commissions earn about 50% profit, let’s assume all children are given the test. That’s a whopping £24m per year just for the UK.

Assuming it’s just the preterm babies given the test it’s £2.4m per year.

600k babies born in the uk each year. About 10% are born pre term. How many of these require antibiotics and thus would be given the AIHL test? Once you know those figures it’s simple to estimate the income from just the uk assuming every neonatal clinic in the country, NHS and private, are using AIHL.

Btc seems to have stabilised at around $43k. If that holds tomorrow I’ll be adding. Took half my holding out at 18.5 but think at some point this is going to creep back up but honestly have no clue where it’s going to go. Could easily be that offices are closed and what ever caused the decline last week will just continue as soon as they open again on Monday morning, although I think the US is closed for Monday and Tuesday?? It’s one heck of a punt though I’ll say that!

Best thing would be for news of cheap route for FDA approval of £500k, sp goes on a run and stop the RF drawdowns. What ever happens we are now rid of David Budd and that can only mean 2024 is going to be a much better year for GDR. Never thought I’d be in this for 5 years when I first threw a load of money in as the sp climbed its way to £1.5! What a ride. A rough one.

Turns out the ARB directors timed the placing really well after all. So quickly has the sp dropped since Wed they would have been lucky to get any placing away at 20p

So, whilst the drop has been brutal I’m still quietly optimistic for another small recovery if btc plays ball any time soon.

I’m optimistic for God news but imho this isn’t getting anywhere nr 20p anybody time soon. The company is on the grip of a death spiral finance deal. Where on earth do you get 20p from?? Wow

Btc volume on gs20 exchange has been up these last few days but back to w/e levels. If btc price surges over the next few weeks and volume gets back up to 150 per 24hrs then we should start to see some uplift shouldn’t we?
