RE: NICE Publication Date 8th May'2424 Jan 2024 12:48
When they state 'publish final guidance' we have to hope that it won't be the same as for AIHL which, owing to being put on the EVA course meant the recommendation could only be 'conditional'. If it's truly going to be 'final' then we need it to be a 'Full' recommendation this time.
I know I've got very dubious thoughts about Budd but were he to be working against the interests of GDR ie on behalf of one of the big Pharmas interested in snapping up GDR's IP and deliberately slowing the process up to the point GDR could not survive financially and thus become the target of a distressed sale, he would now be doing all he can behind the scenes to try and create some other diversion which would require further consultations.
The NICE review was originally slated for last Sept 2023 I think, and GDR had to go back to the drawing board together with EAG to address certain issues that had cropped up. The delay is 6 months from where we should have been but I am hoping all the relevant work streams to get CYP2C19 to market have continued at pace regardless.
sp struggling to stay around 7p isn't leaving me with a warm cozy feeling inside. Would be much happier of the prevailing sp levels were just in double figures. Looks like RF will dump again at the end of the day and for that reason volume has almost dired up completely. Just 23 trades today thus far.
Would this drop further if there was news of announcement of a further raise or loan to fund the FDA application? Or would the knowledge of AIHL being on the shelves in the US in a few months actually get things going once and for all in the right direction?
