TK44 is right, there are loads of sellers but the mms are short of shares that's for sure and will be making the most of this sell off from the day traders etc Once sellers are cleared this will move up again significantly. Patience. A tiny bit of patience and news will drop very soon, just a a matter of days to wait. I am convinced this is going to be a good deal higher with in the next week.

My best guess is that a Cooley led consortium will make an offer. It won't be for a vast amount but it will be a fair one and if it's anywhere around a penny I imagine there won't be many who would vote against it. Can't see Cooley being happy if there is now a massive raise at such lowly levels. He must know what's going on and have a plan.

CPX will be bought. By whom I don't know but it's just too tempting at current levels. With it's IP worth way in excess of mcap today this has to be a basement bargain for someone to take it now. 1p would be about £7m.

Perhaps the settlement of no material amount also included a guarantee of an offer being put forward and promoted by the CPX CEO as a good deal. Anything around 1p would be good going by today's price but dr Cooley wouldn't be too impressed. What on earth is going to happen here? Fascinating.

I have Bankrupt. Notes watching closely to see how this plays out. For some reason RF and Peel Hunt want this on the floor and forced Cheek to put out the recent RNS to nip any price surge in the bud. However, I just can’t see either of them wanting to force gdr into administration or even sell it off cheaply. I also don’t think it’s their MO to y buy such companies. My current thinking - and like everyone else, I’ve really no idea what’s going on - is that they will run it as low as they possibly can by arranging a horribly punitive cash raise at 1p or less, close their shorts and then let it run free as numerous bits of good news land and the company starts to make meaningful revenue from sales.

It’s hugely risky strategy and I accept I could easily miss out on the mother of all recoveries but there are clearly games about atm my personal choice is If rather be out and not risk any further big drops and take my chances of getting back in as it climbs back upwards to 10p or whatever RF and PH have in mind for an eventual share price. Many are deeply in the red here like myself and we all have our different strategies for dealing with our personal situations. What ever happens here I sincerely hope no one loses their shirt- or worse - on this appallingly run company.

Former directors · James Sharp and Richard Monaghan were somehow persuaded to waive their last monthly pay cheques and hand over the company and its remaining cash for nothing. Admittedly the new Directors haven’t made a bean out of it either but those old ones must be fuming and feel they were duped.

What if the next RNS was to inform the market HE1 are in discussions with a potential jv partner? Don't think that would take the sp lower. imv I think it's quite likely as then HE1 could do a raise on the back of another surge in the sp and the jv partner gets the results of EWT etc that much sooner. I think the kind of potential JV partners that are being mentioned will not baulk in the slightest if they have to buy in when the sp is at 3p rather than closer to 1p.

Pure conjecture I know but it's just to counter too much silly and deliberate scare mongering going on here simply by day traders wanting to make a few extra hundred quid in a few days. Tedious. The potential is massive and people are complaining and stressing over having to wait for what? 6 months or there abouts? Flipping heck.

But Jimi!!! FFS you have just been told by the CEO in an RNS we have about 3 months of cash left and we have to find funding very soon. You're just being disingenuous when you state as fact 'with a currently rock bottom share price, the potential upside is once again looking very interesting!'.

Be honest. The sp has been set up for another drop and no one knows how low it will go but we it is clear the CEO was told to get that RNS out smartish once the sp looked like it was going to sail past 5p. 5p FFS! GDR are in a smal pool with some hungry sharks and it's just a matter of time before another bite is taken out of the share price. All share holders can do here is hope RF and Pell Hunt have a plan to close their shorts - and please don't anyone say 'but according to this website there are no shorts on GDR - and allow it to run with good news once the funding issue is sorted and there is some traction in sales.
