Who are 'THEY' and what is 'THIS' that she is referring to? Can only be an interested jv partner in my view. Yes, early days but that's why they need to get on asap with the EWT to provide the data required and hopefully together with a plan to stimulate the flow rates and create several wells. I think we are really not many months away from knowing much more about all of 'THIS' and who 'THEY' are. This isn't even a 12month play so as far as the market is concerned this has to be an amazing opportunity to be in early on one of those epic stock multi baggers that people talk about for years after. Think ARB, EUA etc etc HE1 is gonna be right up there.

I can't sell them. No one wants them. Tried a few weeks ago and again at the start of every week. Same thing on HL.

Yeah Gloria that really makes sense. Put out an RNS to crash the share price just before you have good news to release and may want to do a raise. Shake yourself! It's a goner.

What GST needs right now is one of my classic share price predictions. I've always got this stock totally wrong and missed out on some spectacular rises in the past but never again.

So, I confidently predict we will be sub 1p by the end of this week.

Rumour is it is indeed going to be bought on the cheap. Share holders will be asked to approve a low ball offer. Happening in the next 4 - 6weeks apparently. Sorry folks it's as much as my broker has managed to unearth. No concrete proof but it's what is being discussed by the few how are even interested in GDR. It's just not on anyone's minds any more, other than those of us who have a few shares left. I will sell today as and when I can get 3.5p and wish you - and System especially - all the bedt for 12p when it hits at the end of the week.

huge losses overall here for me and it's the second one I've had this year (VDTK was the other). Similar situation. Run into the ground and IP bought for peanuts and company turned into a cash shell with only huge dilution and consolidation being offered. At least the latter isn't required here. That's what I think is happening. Cheek and the staff will keep their jobs but the company will be bought out for a couple of million quid. Basically the prospects of profit for the company are too great for one of the sharks to gobble GDR up and keep everything for themselves.

Can anyone tell me why one would buy £5k of these shares today when it has just been announced they intend to dilute existing shares holders with a raise at 80% discount?

Ah well. There are obviously a few more devious sharks getting involved here who intend to do nothing but take out monthly salary cheque for caring out ‘due diligence’ in looking for potential acquisitions….pmsl. What a cess pit AIM is. And the FCA approve all of it. No wonder the London Stock market is on the decline and has a dwindling reputation. Nothing you invest in is what it seems.

If that’s the case the OF needs to lure in another half a dozen or so HNIs at about £500k each @ the same price as the recent one.

I don’t know anything about the technical side of this stuff but if the kind of geophysical tests carried out by GMET are the same as POW’s then we’re looking at lots of maps coloured in but without much in the way of highly scientific data. Ie it’s really similar to Molopo Farms. Brightly coloured maps RNSd followed by interviews from PJ mentioning ‘transformational’ repeatedly and even embarrassingly describing a conversation with his young son asking him ‘daddy, are we rich?’. One of the worst things I’ve ever seen on AIM from an acting CEO and as you can imagine that’s up amongst some fairly strong competition! I liked PJ but that wasn’t one of his greatest moments. Let’s hope OF can keep things technical and lure some wealthy individuals in very soon.

Just for fun I quickly calculated what sun 89p would equate to. Answer? About £2.6bn.

How many months will the cash last with all the salaries they have to pay with so many directors currently on board? Can see this going t.ts up in 6 months time and not a word from the CEO.

Think RF drawdowns are the most likely source of income too to keep them going for another few months.

L2 showing a few more sells. Nothing major but certainly no one ‘buying the dip’ as yet.

Still scratching my head as to why that RNS was released. Why does the CEO want the sp to drop further? Of a conventional raise was on the cards the price would go up and there wd be some forward selling by the funder. If a price has already been agreed eg 2p then Cheek will not want it to look like a 50% discount but of course everyone here will know exactly what the give away will look like.

Tense times and I’m nervous to think about just how low this could end up being manipulated to .

Certainly feels as if GMET are going to have to get this next stage of drilling going under their own steam financially speaking. So, with no Grants forthcoming I think this RNS has been released to try and create some excitement and increase the mcap. Trouble is, all these similar companies do the same and the market knows they’re basically going to be needing lots of funding very soon. Without a Grant from the USGovt to show signs of long term support it’s a minnow with no income and relies purely on equity raised and more dilution. Same old, same old I’m afraid. I now see this dropping back to 10p- 12p for the next few months and obviously lower once they go for more dilution.

Disappointing in some ways. Great to be reaching the drilling stage but they definitely can’t afford more than a one off drill atm so this is now very risky. Reminds me of Molopo for POW, and look how that turned out.

I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve heard AIM CEOs use the term ‘transformational’… I hope just for once this is a company that can deliver something really meaningful.

In the interests of keeping this bb positive I’ll put a few thoughts down which I’d be genuinely grateful for thoughts on.

The way things are going RF might be worried they are ever going to get their £3.5m back. Yes, they’ve sold a vast Minney of shares but they haven’t got anything like this amount back. Were GDR to be sold would RF have the means to get their money back this way? Hmmm not sure, because they aren’t a major share holder.

Might RF now switch to becoming the funding partner? Hear me out pls. The original RF strategy was based on good liquidity and a prevailing share price of 16p. As we all know neither of those ingredients for success were forthcoming. If RF now provided £5m in return for half the company at a discount of 50% - let’s say a share price of 2p - would they then end up making far more money by setting GDR through to success and global sales ? I think they would. If current mcap is £5m then one can assume in another 12 months, and without this constant funding worry, and plenty of really positive news on several fronts and crucially GDR starting to generate a decent amount of income, the share price would be a good deal higher than even then 16p level RF originally needed for success.

Indeed £5m bought in at 2p with a likely share price of 30p (conservative) once sales in the US and throughout the NHS have started in say 12 to 18 months time and RF are looking at a profit of £50m +

Any funder just needs to put in enough to see GDR through to this point in sales in order to make a killing. Not so struggling for a finger when the sp is high and mcap is say £10 -£15m but at current levels or even lower it starts to look like a really good investment opportunity.

RF are in the driving seat and as far as I can see it’s in their interests for the company to succeed. Or would they want to go down this route once they’ve shaken off all the retail share holders and just keep everything for themselves? I think they stand to make more from the former, and it also involves less direct risk for them to keep pis on board.

Just some thoughts. I’d welcome any reasonable feedback or thoughts. Does this all sound too far fetched & is rubbish? Or does it now seem like an option for Cheek and RF going forward from this point on?

Having got over my initial disappointment earlier I too can say I'm rather mystified by today's RNS.

It seemed like the sp was itching to break out a little and slam, the RNS lands to halt any such progress in its tracks.

My worst self suggests it's all going t.ts up and the company and Cheek will be bought lock stock and barrel for peanuts. Enough of that. However....when I'm trying to see anything positive I do actually wonder if Cheek might have something secretly lined up... Could he be trying to keep the sp down to prevent, dissuade RF from offering another drawdown? Or even trying to shake them off altogether? Could Cheek actually be trying to arrange a traditional equity raise lined up with the same organisation that will become GDR's partner for the FDA submission? I assume any such partner would feel uncomfortable coming on board with RF hanging about like a bad smell. Hmmm I wonder.

GDR have two great tests to sell which they've failed miserably to do thus far. Perhaps, just perhaps, Cheek actually has things good lined up that will both secure funding, an FDA partner and rid us of RF all in one fell swoop..? It's a possibility. I'll try to keep that rather more positive train of thought going for now and who knows, maybe even top up again next week.

Wow there's a surprise: HE1's own Broker and Nomad putting out a positive note and predicting a much higher value for the sp than today's current level. Well I never... Clearly had a huge impact on the ps today. lol
