They wouldn't. They'd simply buy the IP once the company is on the floor and continue developing it in amidst their own company which has much deeper pockets. GDR staff will lose heir jobs in my opinion. Hopefully I and my HL broker are way off the mark and it goes back to 36p because it did that last March and a couple of times in the past. Therefore it has to do so again doesn't it? Right.

I think this has been the plan for some considerable time and it all really kicked off with RF coming on board. I think there is another entity at play here though that we don't know about and it is that that will eventually swoop in for the kill and take the spoils. Finance situation will worsen and Cheek will eventually come and ask the share holders to approve a massive and devastating dilution or else risk going under. It will be drawn out but eventually a ludicrously low offer will be made and GDR will be left as a cash shell and share holders will end up with next to nothing. It's done on AIM all the time and in fact it is happening more and more since these last 3 or 4 years and the market has deteriorated beyond measure. I'm with HL and the broker I speak to every now and again for bigger trades on the FTS 100/250 etc pleaded with me to sell up last year as soon as the RF deal was announced. I should have listened of course. Get out now whilst you can still save something or watch this be manipulated to zero. It's great tech but it's just a fallacy to imagine as a share holder you own it, or a part of it.

If you're right Eureka - I see no reason why you're not - then it will be a raise at a horrible discount even to current levels.

Normally a company with the help of the Nomad and mms would raise the sp for a while so the funder has the opportunity to forward sell and instantly get their money back. However, in the absence of anything positive or promised from Cheek maybe this just isn't possible. Could be yet another brutal month for GDR share holders.

I personally think the goal is to take it private now. RF will be in on it somehow

Hope LB has something up her sleeve that will put some life back in the old dog soon... titter titter. Seriously not fun if you've decided to hold like me. Had some other real stinkers on AIM recently (GDR, VDTK and ITS) so this probably going to be my last throw of any AIM dice for a year or two.

It doesn't matter how many buys vs sells you see printed on the lse site. There are always hidden trades that you'll only see and find out about after hours and that skews what you think is going on and should be happening to the sp.

I'd say going on recent history and the mess LB made with the last interview and RNS in particular we're likely to be looking at some large sells printed after hours. pi55es me off no end.

I am so glad I got out of ARB and into this. Even with the FX fees etc it's been worth while and I hope this is just the beginning of a mad bull run for btc

This rto involving ICON is with ITS Holdings 23 Ltd - a different entity.

It's not beyond the bounds of possibility ITSARM is still being lined up for something but given Craven's recent appointment I'd guess he's long ago given up on ITSARM being useful to him and it will just be wound up on March 27th and we lose our money. Like I say I'm gutted. It would have been great to get our money back at the very least but looks as if it's a goner.

Plus I really did think it would have to be about now that something would come to light. I didn't buy the argument that if there's no news it suggests something is on the cards.

I'm gutted but this is AIM. Happens all the time.

ICON into ITS Holdings 2023 Ltd - if the transaction is completed then it does indeed constitute a rto.

They had two options but have plumped for the other one that we're not holding shares in. So, unless they have two deals going on at the moment I'm afraid it does look as if we've been shafted.

Percy - I think if it had anything to do with the entity ITS, that is now a cash shell and suspended from trading, something would have been RNSd.

As I said to the other poster, I really don't have a clue what's going on. All hidden from view. We'll be the last to know what, if anything, is going to happen with ITS.

Absolutely typical of AIM rubbish at the moment: company does a placing - albeit a small one - at a premium to the current sp and...the market sees it as a negative and the sells take it down. Think I'm in this investing lark at the worst possible time. Nothing positive released by any company ends up with a lasting rise.

What's clear is that there are games being played here.

Only last week AEG received a payment of $1.65m (about £1.25m and yet the mcap is at £1m as of today.

Will the Directors come out with news soon or just empty the coffers and let it go into admin? Or is there a more interesting plan afoot? Usual AIM gamble.

Disappointing that LB and the Directors have mismanaged this little chapter in HE1's story. Started off well but it seems they hadn't really thought things through as to how they were going to keep a positive trail of news and messaging going.

Going to be manipulated to sh.t this now and many will be shaking their heads in disbelief at the market reaction to what was and is good news for the company. But, as has been said by many and of many stocks recently, the general market appetite for risk is minimal at the moment and no one has any long term patience for AIM companies. I think by October things will look very different indeed here. If it goes sub 1p then it's an opportunity.
