Not a good sign if even just £200k offer at .1p hasn't been fully subscribed to by existing share holders quickly. Once it became clear the sp was going to hover at about .13p this morning I would have thought more would have taken the opportunity to lower their averages. the offer is still open which suggests many have ignored the offer and either just accepted this will take years to pull round or they've sold out and just taken the loss.

I was half expecting that offer to have been filled over night and they have to close it early doors. I guess they might still but if it's not even filled by 3pm that's not a positive sign at all.

I don't think this is the big drop anyway. Just imagine what's going to happen to the sp here once 2 BILLION shares are dumped on the market at .1p. It will drop from that level by quite some margin. I guess that's what many will now be waiting for before deciding to risk more of their cash in this company.

And this sends the sp up by another 10%? There were more buys than that two weeks ago on days when the sp fell by 5%

First time I've seen that. So, the minimum concentration is 4.7% and more than double 10.6% is the maximum.

If they can at the very least double (preferably triple) the flow rate and get 6 to 8 wells in operation then HE1 starts to look pretty impressive doesn't it?? I know there's a long way to go but there is already imo a potential jv partner standing by awaiting results from the EWT. Looks to me as if HE1 will definitely need to do yet another raise for £5m+ but that could be the last one before commerciality and a major discovery are confirmed. It will have to be at a discount to prevailing sp so personally I don't see the point in hanging about here now until that's over and done with. Think I agree with the poster who said they should have raised £15m when the excitement and interest here 6 weeks ago was at fever pitch. Hey ho each to their own.

I think it's going to drop a lot further than even .1p because many will be so disgusted and now convinced they will never be served properly or honestly by the CEO and get their money back they may as well just take their loss and move on. I think it could be worse than anyone has even dared post thus far... .05p?

I agree Gord_1. What happened today has to have sailed extremely close to the limits of legality. The Nomads are always in on it so they don't care.

The company and its CEo have basically been dishonest or at the very best, hugely economical with the truth. They have deliberately lured investors in. I would dearly love to see a lawyer take this on but it's AIM and the authorities in the UK are hapless and ineffective. It is more important to them to see the iis making huge wedges of profit regardless of how much it hurts retail investors. they are complicit in many respects, as is the LSE at large. AIM was designed to be an easy picking ground for funding. Now it's just financial rape of pis and it matters not if they pretty much lie or obscure half the facts ot suit their needs. Either way retail investors lose out 99% of the time. It will eventually dry up and they will throw their hands up in the air and complain to the Govt and the FCA shouting it's 'too restrictive and there's too much regulation'... Can you only imagine what it could be like if the iis had their way..?!

Anyway, I look forward to seeing how clever Lars can be before he makes another raid of pensioners pockets and the like...

If you look under 'Director deals' nothing is listed. Now go to the RNS tab and you'll see only in the last three weeks there have been several new share deals announced. It's all being hidden from view. Get your money out of here as fast as you can. Wait for the consolidation and then the humungous dilution of ...just a mere 80% that's already been announced.

The only share holders here who own that many shares are the NEW DIRECTORS so they are already lining you up for financial fodder.

Those will be shares held by the new Directors I guess. Think there are now 6 Directors so expect another 4 in the next couple of trading days and then Tr1s will drop.

Think that's persuaded me it's time to jump ship once and for all. CPX fiasco today and a total screw over of share holders. Yes but jackdaw26 we all choose to climb on board based on the evidence presented to us by the Company Directors and their Nomads/Brokers. They deliberately set this up to pretty much steal money off pis today. Totally deliberate but perfectly legal and you're simply told 'the value of your investment can go down as well as up....'. You're not kidding when these sheisters think nothing of timing their comms in such a way pis make what end up being poor decisions. It's a fine line these guys tread but they're experts in leading a horse to the water but then pulling a large plug out of the pool. Quite deliberate and underhand. I guess people call it 'business'. That's why most should stick to the FTSe100 etc where the regulation is far stricter and the Directors more discerning and held far more accountable. I also guess why that's AIM Directors are mostly conniving, glorified thieves. Am I wrong?

Best hope for share holders here, self included after several years now, is that EISB is just bought out and put in the hands of some professional business leadership. Bur is just going to keep coming back for one raise after another.

If the opening price is where we left off they only stand to get about £12k which isn't very much in the way of their usual fees i'd have thought. Or will the hold off until it's more like 5p and they get more like over £80k? Still doesn't seem very much for one of these big pro outfits...

Lars got the company into this whole mess by going after Maxwell/Tesla and following duff legal advice. Where would things stand if he hadn't gone after them today? Terrible decision on his part but no single word of apology and when he royally f.cks up he just has the gall to com estraight back to share holders and kick them where it hurts.

At least that whole Tesla or Cooley take over nonsense can be put in the bin now. It was a nice thought.

Just typical I held all day and bought near the end as the price dropped to .23. I got 1,000,001 shares at just under that. Will now have to apply for another £1k at the placing price to lower my average and then put these in an already over stuffed bottom drawer full of AIM punts.

Feel the treatment of ordinary pis here has been truly shabby. Lars is a low life and should really resign for the losses lths have had to endure owing to his poor leadership and wreckless decisions. As always, nothing will happen.

I've made some decent gains at times on AIM but feel there are just too many dreadful incidents going on at the moment that are becoming more and more damaging for retail investors. A time when AIM is overhauled and far more strictly regulated can't come soon enough imv.

Not going to look tomorrow morning as I think it's going to be a bloodbath. SP could well sink lower than .1p as many will just take their losses and be glad to be shot of the sheisters running this company

Myles got in years ago and then bided his time before pumping it to all his followers. As they all bought in over a period fo several months he sold out. That's his MO and he is NOT to be trusted by anyone.

I'm afraid the paragraph before the one I quoted below doesn't bode well and expressly states how difficult they are finding raising funds to be. Certain options they admit are now not possible. A low ball offer is pretty much all that can happen and I've now got a horrible feeling we've all been duped today into thinking something was in the pipeline. I'm really now unsure about that. A few lths have posted useful info here and it does rather add up convincingly that it has been agreed privately that CPX should just go into admin and then Musk or whoever can pick it up for next to nothing. I'm kicking myself!
