There’s a serious amount of money to be made here and we are but a tiny and insignificant cog in the GDR machinery. Big business will have eyed up the potential for huge profits and seen Budd at the helm and licked their lips. It’s all been played out and has only taken a year. The RF guys must have thought it was Christmas to sell Budd the deal. One way or another they will come out with loads of profit but it seems pretty obvious to me that they, Peel Hunt and Cheek don’t want to share any of the pie with retail. We’re being shaken out and dumped so all the future gains will go their way.

Don’t think Frisby has anything to do with this now and those shares were only Paper money for him, ie he didn’t actually put any of his own money in but they were numerous Awards made in the past. So, I don’t think he’ll be that perturbed. Just my take. The second this went into suspension the money was effectively lost anyway.

I’m very surprised nothing has been released yet and normally these things are done with a day to spare just in case anything unexpected crops up last minute.

However, can you imagine how bad the other funding options must have been in order for Budd to decide a death spiral deal with RF was the ‘best’ on offer?!

When the RF £5m deal was announced the sp was about 30p (or as just under that). A year later we have only received about £3.4 m of that sum and the sp is down by 90%.

If Budd has announced a traditional placing giving 50% off the company away for £10m where would GDR be now?? No one knows of course but the share holders need to look no further than its own management - or mismanagement - for answers on why the company now risks NOT even being a ‘Going concern’ one year later. The company is deliberately being stressed by RF to the point of no return and Cheek just can’t get any traction in sales going owing to the Jurassic speed the NHS moves at on taking important decisions.

We know sales are going to be very poor still so I think the RNS will land and Check will stress things are just taking longer than anyone thought and perhaps he’s going to also announce another placing?? The RF deal was announced on the same day as results at the end of March last year.

For some reason I think the recent RNS from Cheek to stop any rise in the sp in its tracks is connected to the results RNS and Investor (or should that be ‘Sucker’) Presentation. This has to turn at some point surely but it’s not looking likely just yet imho. Call it deramping but I’m afraid compare the idiocy from imbeciles like System (who I think is a paid ramper or just a troll) over the past year and what some of us have posted and make your own decisions on what to consider worth while reading. GDR is down but not quite out yet. Cheek has one last chance to deliver on Thursday.

Jimi - you’re starting to make things up and that’s a bad sign. You’re normally very balanced and reasonable but suggesting they had traditional funding options available but instead chose the RF option is simply not true.

Actually the most promising thing was the recent allotment of shares. Why bother if they were going to be worthless in another couple of weeks. Tomorrow morning it’s all going to kick off. I can feel it in me waters!

On current volume it’ll take over a month (20 trading days) to churn 2 billion shares! If there’s a funder already in place then it won’t be to forward sell or post sell. They’d lose shed loads. If someone’s putting in £2m then it’s to invest and to make the company profitable. Still very risky here but many now trapped in and nursing huge losses. Typical AIM

I’m inclined to agree. On the other hand you have to admit there’s little point in them having done any of things they have over the last couple of weeks. Going to ruin my year so far if this comes to nought.

Personally don’t till 2bn shares can be forward sold here. Nothing like enough volume or positivity so think it’s fast not likely someone wants a big stake in the company.

Just my view but if they’re already assured that funding from an ii I actually think a deal is very much on the cards here. Might not be sold for much but I reckon a sale at .3 or .4 and many would accept it as the best of a bad job.

Best news would be another Tr1 confirming Dr Cooley has upped his stake even further so he has a large chunk of those 800m votes to be cast. Hopefully he’s got some plan and has some idea of what the hell is going on. I’m assuming he’d not want the company to go into administration and would vote in favour of the second Placing.

He’s a charlatan and has no qualms about coming back to share holders to ask for more money having shafted them good and proper in the first place. I agree they will want to do an equity raise but not before the herd have arrived and pushed the mcap up to £2m imho.

Fascinated to see how this plays out. Baaj and Zeus together is a truly formidable team. I just hope and pray that this meek and mild cash shell, ITS, is going to be at the heart of their plans.

But why would Tesla not have bought CPX before the placing then, when the company was on the brink of going into admin? Does cpx have debts Tesla (or another) wants to see paid off by a placing before it makes an offer?

One thought occurred to me and that's that Dr C, together with some other known share holders amounting to over 25% of share holders, vote down the big raise and then make a bid to buyout the company before it goes into administration. Even if he only offered .3p I'd rather have him as the leading figure for the company than Lars. In fact anyone other than Lars would be good. Just no way of knowing what on earth is going to happen so this is all just pure idle weekend ruminations.

What we do know for sure is that Lars is not interested in looking after ordinary share holders' interests here. More's the pity.

£2m is a small sum for iis and Lars should be careful who he gets into bed with, so to speak.

If the IP is really worth what some say here then Tesla will surely be interested in picking it up for a fraction of that worth. Let's be conservative - according to values thrown around on this bb - and say the IP is worth £20m.3 billion shares in total at a value of .1p. If Tesla take the 2billion shares for £2m and offer to buyout CPX at .3p - a premium of 200% of current value - a share then they actually only need to put in another £4m and hope they can swing 9% of the share holding body to vote along with it's holding of 66.66%. Worth a shot isn't it? Even if they had to increase that offer it wouldn't be by much before enough of the remaining 33.33% of share holders would hold their hands up and see it's probably a foregone conclusion so may as well get at least some money back from their investment.

This way it's above board and the Pr damage to Musk is contained, as opposed to having a recent tussle with CPX and soon after it goes into administration and he picks it up for nothing and all its share holders end up with diddly squat.
