NICE FULL recommendation can’t come soon enough. It’s taken far too long for the nhs to adopt this test and start making savings as well as improve patient care with regard to the use of gentamicin in neonates. No brainer but the nhs is just a monolithic organisation that moves at the pace of a slug.

Nearly a quarter of a million quid more shares bought than sold today (for about the 5th day in a row) but the sp is slipping inexorably. Where so the mms level this particular playing field up I wonder.

Sentiment will return if they announce sales. Silence will just allow mms to take the sp much lower. Cheek is aiding the mms at the moment by remaining quiet. If he has nothing to say now after such a ‘key milestone’ then I’m not sure he’ll ever have anything worth while to say to the market. All the time in the back of my mind is his unwillingness to answer the question about going privately directly. He evaded it. Why?

Like AIHL though I think the NHS Trusts will gradually be signed up rather than just all in one go. I’m also starting to think the NHS has GDR over a barrel in that they can simply give us the machines for free and we’ll use them. GDR would still make money in the long run from all the tests but have to stump up the cost of manufacturing the machines?

Anyone know how much each testing machine costs? I guess the more they order in one go the lower the unit cost so worth getting as many made as they can afford.

Not deramping but is it conceivable that in this scenario GDR do a small raise to cover this initial outlay? The best possible backdrop to such a raise would be that it’s to supply the NHS nationwide and thus the revenue from the tests will start rolling in. Don’t know. Obviously GDR haven’t got anything lined up anywhere yet or we would have heard about it. More work to be done and more patience required but I’m still of the opinion the mcap will be far far higher by the end of this year. Ignore what’s happening in the immediate aftermath of the NICE recommendation as that’s down to a mixture of day traders, lths top slicing or lowering averages further and of course mms simply doing what they do to create a market.

Might drop significantly further or it might stagnate at this level but what ever it does Iv think it will eventually go on a gallop once there is news of a sales agreement. Preferably that will be one with the NHS and cover large parts of the UK and worth £millions

And interestingly neither of my 250k buys at 3.75p have shown up on LSE trade list. They were both executed shortly after 4pm so really not sure what’s going on.

Share price now lower than before the ‘excellent news’ arrived yesterday morning. No wonder companies are leaving the LSE with all the shenanigans and inaccurate valuations of companies. Really hope I’m not going to regret those last top ups today. Thought we would be well clear of 5p by now. Bugger.

The delay in the NICE guidance was down to ‘implementation of a resource…’

It just occurred to me that if GDR genuinely didn’t know about the delay other than finding out via the NICE website then whatever this implementation is about, it doesn’t involve GDR.

Totally rubbish that GDR have now gone silent just when they should be shouting from the rooftops to attract new investors and using this attention currently bearing down on the company. August is going to feel like an awfully long month… until we hear about those sales supposedly coming in September.

Loads of huge sells coming through. People realising GDR haven’t got any sales agreements in place yet and revenue generating is still months off.

GDR’s Achilles Heel - can’t get sales contracts over the line. Even with yesterday’s news, which they’ve known was on the way for months they’ve not managed to get a single deal lined up and over the line.

Company stated it expects sales to get underway in Sept and that will almost certainly mean an RNS in Aug or Sept latest. You obviously don’t believe what the company says as you are consistent in predicting the contrary of what ever they say. Basically, you’re a shorter and think you’ve still got some work to do here to damage sentiment and sow doubt where and whenever you can.
