3 months was muted but also September was mentioned. Anyway, I will wait until November or even December as I cannot believe someone somewhere won't be looking at the incompetence of the GDR sales team and licking their lips at the prospect of GDR getting into deep water with their finances yet again owing to little sales revenue that can't get anywhere near covering its monthly costs and then making a paltry offer to buy the company and having that offer accepted. the real problem for me is what is the sp going to be by the time we get to a) end of Sept and there are no sales announced and then b) Nov and there are still no sales announced?

I know it's not what any of want to hear but at some point the BOD need to be held to account for the ongoing failure to place orders outside Manchester. Pis helped this company survive and now we are being rewarded with continued failure by the sales team.

Don’t get me wrong MarshallMellow, I’m furious the NHS isn’t buying the tests. We’re told daily by the NHs, the Govt and all medically related official bodies that there isn’t enough money to run the NHS effectively any more. gDR’s tests could save the NHS over half a billion quid in 5 years. And yet they twiddle their thumbs with the lawyers and bureaucrats endlessly readjusting figures here and there to make things look better rather than taking the decisions that will ACTUALLY make things better. It’s a monolithic. Organisation and any progress has to be closely studied for years before it is brought on board. Frustrating as hell.

We have ooh so many great distributors across many countries. They’ve been in place now for how long? Over a year? Not one has managed to place an order. Not one.

To you, yes. To the people that really matter ie the medics, no, it isn’t obvious. Nor can they just demand GDR machines willy nilly. Trusts have to go through lengthy processes for NHS purchases, especially new products. Often a Trust will set its annual budget and not have the means to take on new equipment until the following financial year. And that’s only if they deem it essential to have GDR machines. Clearly the vast majority don’t. Manchester took the machines straight away. Why not a single other Trust? Hmmm Gino is Gilham’s poodle and lining the company up to be taken private imv and Cheek I’m convinced didn’t feel comfortable doing that.

3p?? How exactly? They can’t sell their products but spend as if it’s a global commodity already. Somethings gotta give and the Chairman’s recent buy is imo a deliberate red herring. Things are worse than we realise here and that buy was to try and help obscure lack of any sales progress. Anywhere.

Seems many are starting to realise something is seriously amiss at HE1. This transaction at such a crucial time does not make any sense. Lorna is not being open and honest with the market and that’s why this is tanking. I would not be surprised to see the sp drop well below the placing price with another half billion shares being dropped on the market. And they will be, if not already, sold by the placee. It’s a bent deal but only time will show us exactly what’s happened here. It makes no sense and Lorna and her team have just robbed ordinary share holders but we have yet to discover why. Anyway, she’s not to be trusted and I’m glad more and more people are becoming aware they’ve got a company leader in charge their money who is totally unaligned with their investment interests.

Hangs2left- I believe a number of devices were sold to many EU territories for research purposes. That was about a year ago I think, and since when there have been no announcements stating any sales contracts have been signed. You get the picture……

GDR has excellent products but regrettably either the NHs just isn’t ready for them or hospitals don’t want or need them.

Unfortunately this will slip below 2p before the end of Sept imv. I don’t think there will be any more NHs sales announced and only once that dawns on the majority of pis will the sp drop to ‘the bottom’. God only knows where that could be given GDR will be out of money yet again in about 7 or 8 months time. It requires sales contracts worth £ms not £100k in order to progress. Imv it has already been lined up for a takeover and going by Gilham’s purchase at 3.1p at least holders can hope it’ll be above that. Such an offer will be presented by Gino as the only viable alternative to administration and as such Into go through, he and his staff will all save their , h and Russ will get a bonus and ordinary share holders will mostly end up being shafted.

Eureka, if a BOD isn’t honest and upfront about its prospects then investment mistakes are easily made but this is what AIM is all about. BODs are allowed to be highly economical with the truth and lead investors up the garden path . When intel then suddenly becomes available eg an identical machine is being submitted for FDA approval later this year - not via the company but by curious pis - then you know you’ve made of those unfortunate errors.

If I’d actually listened to Stocksaint back in March 2023 I would have saved myself a small fortune. I did exactly what you’re doing now: ignoring red flags and worse, encouraging others to do likewise. However, each to their own.

I suspect we won’t be hearing from Gino any time soon or until the cash situation starts to become an issue yet again.

Someone posted GDR have a cashvrunway to the end of 2025. This is wrong. Until spring 2025 by my reckoning. Increased monthly spend and sales just not materialising but the company continues to spend probably £100k per year on two people who can’t sell . Without sales this either goes down, gets snapped up for peanuts or the BOD come back to pis yet again asking for help. My money is on the middle of those outcomes. No company can survive spending the amount they do every month with such little income. It’s totally irresponsible behaviour as a business man to operate like this - unless you know at some point the company will be snapped up and your job will be safe and as CEO you get a lovely bonus for ‘delivering’ the goodies. One thing is certain imv Gino is not working towards rewarding pis. Does he or has he ever mentioned GDr ordinary share holders in any of his comms? Ever?

Too many stubborn fools and sycophants on here simply not willing to believe they could be wrong. You can only give a company so many chances . If it looks like a rotten egg, smells like one and performs like one then likely as not it’s a rotten egg.

Staggering amount being spent every month with no significant NHS sales on the horizon. That should have provided the base for the future. It’s a house of cards run by disingenuous Directors - not me. Will be taken private eventually and pis will lose their shirts. Any spike and it’s time to abandon ship. If people choose to stay in for the long haul then I wish them all the best. I don’t like seeing any pis lose money due to overpaid and under achieving Directors who continuously paint a false picture. It’s the MO on AIM and this will be my last investment in it. It’s a cess pit full of deceit and falsehoods. Just gotta wait for the spike and hope it’s a good one and lasts longer than two days.

I know patience is needed in order to ever see a profit but that doesn’t mean I have to trust the BOD. Sorry, I don’t. Each to their own I guess. Just gotta see if Sept brings anything new.
