You could be right pi and if you are, I think learning about this latest possible threat to sale of MT RNR1 kit in the US has changed my thinking. A competitor with an identical machine - not similar but identical - is a huge red flag for me. What’s to say the US FDA won’t rush through approval of the US version and then we see the same happen with the CYP2C19 test? It does happen in the US all the time and there are literally thousands of cases brought against the US govt for theft of Intellectual property each year but once FDA is involved and supports something legal challenges stand absolutely zero chance of claiming against the US govt successfully. If the GDR tech has been stolen - it’s IDENTIcAL remember - then GDR are doomed. Either Gino gets a positive RNS out soon with some sales news or I think GDR will be taken from below the surface by some shark organisation. The potential global market is £100m multiplied by many and this is just the start of genomics in helping to shape the future of medical care so further down the line whose to say the potential market won’t be £billions. With no news the volume won’t be there and the mms will just let it trickle down further. Just one positive RNS and it’s straight back up to 3.5p+ and we are due news on sales soon as the commercialisation has only really just begun. News cd land at any moment of more sales of MT-RNR1 either in the UK or the EU or Middle East. Same goes for CYP2C19 in the UK or Middle East. Just a few days weeks or months more and GDR will look like a very sofferent kind of investment from the last 3 years.

I would think the Brighton one might be next as they were the first to take the MT-RNR1 kit outside Manchester so are clearly a more informed and forward looking Trust.
