I’m of the mindset that we could be around this range for the next month. Best way to look at things imo then you won’t be disappointed. Obviously there’s so much going on with TILS that some decent news could drop at any time and shoot the SP upwards. ATM’s are artificially keeping the price down at the moment, we just have to let it play out.

Got in today for two top ups at £4K and £1K.
These are great levels to be topping up for those looking at long term holds. Just need ThinkEquity to clear now and then we have lift off. We’ve seen how quickly this share can move already, just a case of when.

Good luck with your investment Adam and hope you make it back here to see the Tullow rise to £1 within 12 months. I find it interesting to hear the journey of others and it’s good to see some honesty. It breaks up the constant sparring when the price turns negative!

Garland, you are just trying to scare newbies with your waffle every time the price goes negative.
A couple of weeks ago I predicted Tullow would be over 30p within a few weeks. You mocked, came out with the usual hopium rubbish and Tullow blasted through the 30p range.
Bit of a re-trace at the moment nothing to worry about and not fussed if we consolidate here for a couple of weeks.
It’s been a while since we’ve had an RNS and I suspect we might get something before the new CEO starts on 1st July. No point trading from this point now to then miss the boat once the positive RNS arrives.
Tullow is strong again, only going to get stronger from here and a great long term hold imo.

Agreed JA, that’s the point I’m making, no need for people to worry about the drop in SP. I certainly don’t price watch all day every day, work commitments and the golf course take care of that.

Exactly, profit is profit. Not to be sniffed at as plenty of nosebleeds to be had out there!
Just extend your planned exit date and still leave with the same profit, best way to look at it. Good luck with your re-entry.

You’re obviously well researched on Tullow and I’ve enjoyed the insight. We all have ups and downs in this game, keep up that thorough research and you won’t go far wrong with that mantra.

Time to put on the snorkel, I’m underwater for the first time in a while lol. Absolutely not fussed either. I was on an average of 58p for quite a while (£6k) and have averaged up upon news especially around the 100p mark. Managed to build up a holding of 43,000 shares at an average of 93p. Nice to have a good average but it’s all about maximising the holding in my opinion and another share in my portfolio is sitting pretty. No complaints here, MM’s will continue the cycle of making the market but they aren’t having my shares. GL everyone.

Steve, last time we were at these levels it did spike to 35p within 20 mins of open.
As bare says, the SP generally seems to drop back around mid morning. I would buy tomorrow if you are looking for a long term hold in Tullow but just be wary of that early morning spike.

I might as well join in after calling the bottom last Friday! 31.8p for me. Hoping for a crazy rise though obviously.

A strange week really. Lots of optimism and usual pile in to buy on a Monday morning but share price was pretty flat early this week. Excellent RNS, expected some decent movement but just didn’t happen. I would suggest a lot of money has moved to the oilers today which are well up in anticipation of an OPEC deal.
Doesn’t really matter to me as I’m here for the long haul, 2 years at least. Love everything about the company and confident in my holding. At least the dip has flushed a few off the board.

Just use it as an opportunity to top up if you have the means.

NT for about 5 minutes on HL but eventually got through another £2000 at 103p

A golden opportunity to buy though. Just dipped in for another couple of top ups over lunch. Be amazed if we get another opportunity at these levels.

I’d love to come back on this board in 2-4 years time and say ‘City, remember that day you called £20 STEMP and £20 TILS’.
