I personally hope Accustem is listed and not sold just yet. The figures from the benchmark product OncotypeDX tell us the potential is enermous.
I’d rather the company is built gradually over the next 4 years to maximise its capability than sell out for a cut price deal.

I should also state that £3 looks achievable end of October and expect the squeeze to come on in a positive direction. Sticky hand time!!

For many, it will be a decision of stick or twist come November, post demerger.
The form book tells us a drop is likely.
The markets have a knack of being unpredictable though and after a bearish August and September there’s a chance they may perk up again.
If Trump wins, we can expect a massive stimulus package and there’s no doubt the UK markets are driven by the US. Apple is bigger that the FTSE 100 combined!
Christmas week can be ruled out for Covid results from Brazil so that leaves shareholders 7 weeks or less to hold, sell or play the trade.
If the results are positive from the trial the SP will go into the stratosphere and Tiziana will be ripe for a takeover.
Not sure I want to take the chance of missing out or risk paying a higher price to get back in.

Covid results due end of the year, expect December.

Levs, you may be correct..I’m fairly heavily in TILS and there’s more to come there this month with the company spin off.
I’ve got a modest holding in HUR which I took purely for the takeover potential and although I’ve deliberated cutting my losses I’m going to hang in there.
I still think a takeover is on the cards.

Keep posting the buys people...and the sells, some of us use it to build a picture. I wonder how much of the free float is held by posters here now, there seems to be some pretty decent holdings?

The progress of Regeneron since 2011 has been phenomenal. It shows what can be achieved. Those who view the chart may re-consider their exit strategy!

Nickel has turned up on the TILS page- a good pharma option which is about to rise again before a demerger at the end of October.
Not a cross ramp from me, I topped up in TLW again today and have been invested here for 7 months.
Like many others who have been invested here over the past 6 months, I could see that the oil markets were volatile so moved my holding around, mainly to pharma.
And a little into HUR for my sins!
Confident that TLW will rise strongly, CEO seemed excellent in presentation.

We could do with the ex-majority shareholder of GGP investing in TILS now he has sold out over there. He’s been loading up at TLW but a heavy retail buyer would be most welcome here and I think he’d have a field day.

If the Brazil trial is a success there will be a takeover bid for Tiziana. The smile from Gabrielle when Andrew Scott mentioned interest from big pharma said it all..
Just massive news today not reflected in the SP but fairly irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

Do we know if Trice had been offloading since he left? Surely if he knew the geology was skkwiff he would have been offloading?
I haven’t got massive exposure here, but will be looking to exit within the next 2-3 weeks unless we see some director buys.

Fair play to people who dipped out of this and are now coming back, looking like the gamble has paid off for them. They could have missed out big time if a sale of StemprintER was announced in the meantime. Not a gamble I wanted to take.

There seems to be an HMRC backlog at present due to the coronavirus. I’m due a VAT return and speaking to my accountant today there’s a 2-6 week delay.
Admittedly I’m operating on a far smaller scale than Tiziana but just an example that the wheels within the tax department aren’t moving as before.

There are people on here who feel confident in their investment and have been topping up along the way. I don’t really see that as ramping, surely you should be confident in your investment if you’ve done your research properly?
The company hasn’t got too much wrong to date and there could still be a very valid reason for the StemprintER delay.
There was a guy posting here a while ago (investshare) or something, posting all day long.

Maybe the delay is being caused through circumstances that GC and KS can’t control?
I still think there’s a possibility of a tie up with Roche as the ‘Accu’ part of Accustem could hint..
Maybe the hold up is Roche’s end and the BOD are stuck in the mud at present, they simply can’t divulge any price sensitive information.
Benefit of the doubt for now from me.

SP peaked at 224 in 2017.
Company is more advanced now in terms of drug pipeline development and fully funded for the next few years.
Not to mention StemprintER which isn’t even priced in to the TILS SP and that is proving pretty relevant at the moment.

I feel that after the events of the last month even the most ardent long term shareholders may review their strategy once this rises above £2-£2.50 again.
I am confident it will hit this mark pretty quickly but a serious plan is needed to prevent the drop again.
