I posted this a couple of weeks ago and it’s still how I envisage things panning out as we stand given the information available:
StemprintER in a nutshell:
Tax issues to be cleared (imminent).
Shareholders vote (formality).
Record date announced (Massive pile in to the entrance door, SP rises).
Inevitable offload of Tiziana shares from those who invested for StemprintER or envisage a retrace (plan needed).
Accustem listed (shareholders to receive 1:1 shares in Accustem).

I expect the SP to be over £2 by mid September, if not end of September.
That’s why I’m holding steady and took the opportunity to top up Friday.

US pre market (-2.17%)

Looking forward to seeing what happens on the Nasdaq tomorrow.
The Nasdaq is closed on the following Monday 7th September for US ‘Labor day’ holiday.

These are bargain levels Shiraz after seeing the potential of where the SP can go. I saw the bargain levels of the 50’s but these are great levels due to the news since then.
Hopefully we’ll see some StemprintER news next week, it’s imminent.
I imagine RedChip are itching to get to work on marketing StemprintER once they get the nod. The Bloomberg interview was a success last time, let’s hope we get something similar again.
Volumes have been poor stateside for the last 3-4 weeks compared to the UK, need to get the yanks interested again.

Another 2k top up for me just before the close.
It’s good to see the back of a bearish August, looking forward to an exciting September for Tiziana now.

AstraZeneca’s Covid RNS did zip to their share price the other day, no guarantees that an RNS will shift the SP.
I’m chilled, a couple of good sessions and this will be around the £2 mark again.

Doubt it’s Laura Fonda either and her link to Tiziana remains a mystery. An interesting conundrum to solve which may tell us even more than we know already.

Unlikely..Morris Silverman and Howard Freedberg were major shareholders at Rasna previously, as were Gabrielle and Kunwar. Looks like they would be at the top of the food chain for information so unlikely to be dumping shares and working against their pals who obviously want a higher share price.

Like you have stated, Gabrielle has been clear all along that UK investors will receive 1 Accustem share for every TILS share held. I’m sure he’ll be good to his word as a majority shareholder unless Accustem is sold before the demerger in which case shareholders will receive a dividend.
Here’s where we stand with StemprintER at the moment:
Proposed StemPrintER Demerger
The Company continues to advance plans for the potential demerger of StemPrintER to a new company which will be called "AccuStem". The Company is currently seeking tax clearances for the proposed transaction and will then put the proposals to shareholders for approval. The record date for entitlement to participate in any distribution will be a date after the date on which the posting of the circular is announced (and not before). A further announcement will be made in due course.

Quite right Shiraz, that £2 entry point will look fine in the not to distant future. People just need to hold their nerve plus they have the safety net of StemprintER so the situation is probably a lot better than what they think. I have caught some spikes with TILS on the way up which end up looking mighty cheap looking back!

And I’m owed some money from the VAT man, hopefully it drops shortly so I can top up at these levels. Share accumulation is the name of the game here pre StemprintER.

21 days ago price was £2.68.
No negative news since, only positive. Company is fully funded, patent granted for ‘the jewel in the crown’ Foralumab, StemprintER demerger getting ever closer, big pharma potentially sniffing around. I’m holding tight.

Good to move in a positive direction today.
When I read the RNS this morning I didn’t expect miracles although for long term holders it’s another great building block for the company.
We have seen here previously how a decent RNS can fail to shift the SP.
Data shows that the mention of Covid is the thing that really wets the appetite of the US buyers. That time will come again...
Next up, hopefully StemprintER news.
Personally, I would like to see I tie up with Roche and hoping this has caused the delay. As we know, the ‘Accu’ part of Accustem could hint this way.
Now that would really get the SP moving..

Agreed Shiraz, for a change I don’t wanna see that 7am RNS on Vox tomorrow!
Let’s just have a steady blue day and start chipping away at the SP upwardly again.

No problem buying today. Just got in for a £4815 top up at 198.90p. Expecting a bounce this week after the retrace last week.

Some good articles today. Eli Lily are ahead in the trials phase at present but mid/long term Tiziana have a real advantage with their non-intravenous approach.
There are obvious benefits of being ‘first to market’ and I think the timescales will probably work against Tiziana in this sense.
‘Best of market’, which is the category Tiziana will come into is a different matter and the worldwide market share to be gained here is off the scale.
Don’t forget, Remdesivir is the lead treatment at the moment and the US have stockpiled all supplies.
I’ve just got a gut feeling about Microsoft employee and investor Laura Fonda. She knows something...

Tiziana found it rather easy to raise $57million, almost with a click of the fingers.
