Anyone looking to dump TILS after the spin off is absolutely bonkers IMO.
The massive 371 per cent rise of SNG today is a perfect example of what can be expected for small cap pharmas once they prove a finding. Tiziana have loads of exciting developments bubbling along at the moment, definitely not a one trick pony.
Today is a great warning sign for people, it couldn’t be any clearer of what could lie ahead. Not one to be out of this..

Alwaysone, I think it’s that type of share, it makes you want to top up. If I had more money now I would still take more but I’ve had to draw the line.
I started with a friendly grand and have purchased upon news flow in the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 100’s and 110’s lol. Couldn’t keep the record going, something had to give lol.

Agreed Steven on the strong buyer theory. That prime time interview on Bloomberg Sunday has surely tempted some big players to have a nibble...

There’s still a fruitful road ahead and I don’t intend on top slicing either.
The only thing I’ll be top slicing anytime soon is the golf ball!

Yep I saw that drop, only for about 10seconds. Fishing for stop losses. No pump and dump here.

I am certainly not in the medical field but put yourself in the shoes of an oncologist working in a hospital. If you were aware of a product 40 per cent better than the existing product you were using for diagnosing breast cancer you would be pushing hard to use that product. There’s also the key benefit of being more accurate with the chemo requirements.
Obviously the cost factor will come into play for the procurement teams.
Maybe some hospitals/medical facilities will end up using StemprintER for breast and OncotypeDX for colon/prostate cancer.

For all we know, there could be an off the record bidding war going on in the background for StemprintER.
We suspect that two companies could be interested, maybe there’s more? This will drive the price up.
I agree with the consensus on here that StemprintER will be sold but if the option of the demerger is taken with the new company Acustem, I will still be more than happy with this outcome and have faith that production will be delivered. You don’t target a big rival like Cerrone and Shailubhai have unless you’re seriously confident in the product.
Either way, it’s a win win situation for shareholders.

I actually think we’re going to get a nice surprise once the financials of StemprintER are finalised.
Tiziana hold all the cards here in the negotiations:
Proven to be 40 per cent better than rival OncotypeDX.
Potentially two companies bidding in the background in a battle for market share, Exact sciences and Roche.
StemprintER is ready for market next year, no FDA approval needed.
StemprintER (SPARE) (an upgraded version of StemprintER) is a little bit behind StemprintER in the process but even better! There is scope for added improvement within this also!
Three options for me:
Sell StemprintER all in for similar to what Exact sciences paid for OncotypeDX, 2.8 billion.
Demerge, become the market leader and build a multi billion dollar company.
Sell StemprintER for hundreds of millions to big pharma but maintain the licensing rights guaranteeing automatic revenue streams.
Decisions....

I think the board are just using some of the marketing budget that was available to them.
They probably realise that the SP is undervalued and need to get it moving pronto or else Tiziana becomes primed for a bargain takeover by a big pharmaceutical company.
My guess would be that Gabrielle and Kunwar envisage a lot more mileage in this company before a takeover becomes a reality.

Interesting to hear the past experiences of others. Mana, I’m sure you’ll get your day in the sun with this share.

Galactico, each to their own I suppose. Personally, I find it interesting to hear what/when people are investing on here, buying strategy etc.
I’m sure that there are many others like myself who would openly admit their investment on this BB but wouldn’t even discuss their investment with close family and friends.

Mana- keep going, I like the enthusiasm. Just a guy who knows he’s invested wisely and excited by the prospect. You can’t have many top ups left though, surely!
I’m locked and loaded myself. No tinkering with this share, just going to enjoy the ride now.

I have watched the recent video with Dr Shailubai again over the weekend. I noticed how he was excited and particularly keen to include TILS patented approach to Covid19. This has been slightly on the back burner in recent months as StemprintER and Foralumab have come to the fore.
Covid19 is still well and truly out there and to think Tiziana have a potential treatment for this virus and potential similar viruses. This could be big business alone. Governments/healthcare services are going to be tripping over themselves for potential treatments for these viruses for years to come.

Imagine if the seller clears this afternoon. Both markets open, perfect storm...
