Probably a sign the Brazil trial is going well. Surely if it wasn’t GC would hold back buying for now then prop up the price at a later date.
We might not get a leak but a director buy is a tale tale sign.

Yep people are edgy, that’s what losing money does I suppose..
I feel chilled, other pharma shares have suffered similar falls eg SNG, ODX.
If anything, they’ve suffered more when you take into account TILS holders banked their Accustem shares and a drop was expected anyway.

Where do you see TILS in comparison to HCM at the same stage?

Same here Gooner, I’m not concerned one bit either. The more I think about the delay of a week for the trial results the more it makes sense. People want to see the back of 2020. I think we will see a new wave of optimism in 2021 and Tiziana could be leading the way.

GC was keen to point out that the company is fully funded for the next 2 years with its current programme but the cash burn could increase depending on additional trials.
He mentioned a potential use of Foralumab for ARDS.
He stressed that the share price needs to be at a higher price before he would entertain another raise.
If there is an offering at some point, it’s not such a bad thing, it means trials are progressing and the company is moving forward.

The delay on trial results from Brazil is potentially only a week.
Maybe it’s a wise move to tap into the new year optimism rather than lose the impact of news amongst the chaos of Christmas.
Accustem development is continuing in the background and GC sounded very bullish on this front.

They confirmed there will be no interim data from Brazil trials so that will be early January until we hear about that.
I expect the next RNS to be related to the main market listing.

GC seemed excited to compare against PRVB and their anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody Teplizumab.
Teplizumab is humanized and Kunwar was keen to point out that fully human is better than humanized.

It was interesting that Foralumab has the option to go intravenous. If it turns out to be a wonder drug this gives the medical professionals even more flexibility.

Hi Whimax, just catching up with the days posts and came across the article you posted earlier.
It was reported positively but was centred around TZLS-501, no mention of Foralumab. They did mention a trial in Brazil briefly but the article was lacking accuracy in a crucial area.
Once again Tiziana has been understated and I really hope that if the BOD are confident in the Brazil trials they get a top marketing company on board with total control which involves proofreading articles.

It sounds to me like doctors will need the option of IV or nasal/oral administration moving forward.
That 3 minute audio posted by sample earlier highlighting the time constraints and staffing requirements for IV was excellent and potentially very encouraging for Tiziana and its novel methods.
