I can take dilution but it’s only natural to ask yourself, where does it end?

Do you know what the news release was that got pulled. Not the first time they have accidentally released news.

Totally agree Bo, looking like really good value for money if the 2026 commercialisation is on schedule.

I’m sure GC has done a great job in negotiating the deal for the MSC test. For that, he deserves his consultation fee and some recognition.

It’s also his job to bring in funding and during the last couple of years he has failed in this department.

If he had achieved the funding this further dilution would not have been necessary.

The honourable thing from GC would have been to defer the consultation payments that he was due.

Shareholders have taken a hammering here post demerger. Unnecessary dilution IMO.

I didn’t expect such a long wait after Wendy and her team made a strong start.

Shareholders have been very, very patient.

Hopefully they will be rewarded shortly.

GC takes a decent wage from Accustem as an advisor.

I’m guessing he hasn’t been drawing this wage recently due to the lack of cash at hand.

It would suggest he has probably taken the wages as an option in shares instead.

Maybe others on the payroll have done the same?

Mind you, it wouldn’t surprise me if the 10-K filing and the updates contained within this have been ready to go.

Maybe they have purposely delayed until after the Trump inauguration to ride the wave of positive sentiment within the market.

I’ve absolutely no problem in being diluted, that’s the nature of these small cap life science companies but I do expect to be informed why.

We were expecting the 10-K filing in the New Year although technically the company have until the end of March, 90 days to deliver this.

I would expect it sooner as the company should have informed the market why there are now 12m shares in circulation, up from 11.34m.

Investors should be informed when they are diluted, it’s considered price sensitive information.

Cerrone has been in a blackout and unable to buy Accustem all the time there was an IPO application in place. This application was removed towards the end of 2024. I think we should view it as a positive that he’s buying. It’s been a long, patient wait here but it certainly feels like something is in the offing.

On the other side of the coin, the company have obviously struggled to raise capital in the last year. Why?

They have also gone radio silent…Not always a great sign.

Real risk and reward here.

If positive news did drop, eg. Nasdaq listing, things could get very, very interesting indeed.

Some brokers don’t allow ACUT investors the capacity to sell at the moment if they wanted to.

Some ACUT investors will have given up following this stock, therefore not being aware if the SP did rise rapidly.

Other investors may not be looking to sell until something like the analyst valuation of $280m is realised.

Market makers don’t hold many ACUT shares, pretty common on the OTC market.

How many shares are tightly held?

All these factors could create a perfect storm in an upward trajectory.

It’s an interesting one. It seems a small amount have continued to buy here on the OTC market in the last couple of years. Are they trusting the science or is it purely a punt?

I can’t see anything sinister here in reference to the orphan designation announcement.

The FDA have requested more information, it’s as simple as that.

They will then come to a YES/NO decision.
