My investment aside, it’s potentially a big deal and the cost saving/method of administration is a story in itself.

The fact is you will always get some on these boards trading the shares wanting the price to go down. Some will use multi aliases whilst doing so. You just have to sift through that.
The main thing is the data was strong and so the company is fundamentally stronger following the RNS on Tuesday. I do enjoy some of the comments and articles on here but you just have to filter the noise in your mind and you won’t go far wrong.

@Mothers milk, at £2.20 I think you’ll be selling yourself short IMO.
No doubt you will put your money into another company which is equally manipulated without the fundamentals being as good. If you like the company, stay with it, value will come out eventually.

Like most others, I am frustrated by the SP, it’s non sensical and I have believed it’s being manipulated for a while now. Who by, who knows??
In the grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter to me because my belief in the company has grown stronger from yesterday’s RNS and interviews.
The main thing I take away from yesterday is the cost factor is going to be a huge driver moving forward. Production of Foralumab is not an issue numbers wise, the microdosing in comparison to IV requires less and the fact it can be taken at home rather than a hospital offers substantial savings. Ultimately money is the reason most of us are here in the first place and it will determine how this plays out.

We could do with the redditers getting hold of this to really get things moving.

Great RNS. The ability to self administer the treatment from home is monumental. The treatment will be cost effective for the masses via governmental health services but the wealthy are going to be demanding this off the shelf to look after themselves and loved ones.

Shorts in the US are now declaring they are going long from now on. This could lead to a bull market.

Biotech is hot right now and can offer some good returns. I expect some of that short to long money will find its way here. Great week ahead.

Agreed, most of us were expecting the results from the trial data tomorrow.
Let’s cut the BOD some slack if we don’t get the news and they’ve been able to delay a while longer.
As correctly pointed out by lochmizz, any great news from Tiziana could be severely watered down with what’s happening over the pond ref GameStop, AMC etc.

The jewel in the crown is being polished.

Good news, access to a larger war chest, the company keeps on growing.
MCAP is looking cheap for the muscle the company has.

Days before the last raise of $57 the BOD stated that a raise was not necessary.
The opportunity obviously arose and they felt it was suitable.
I personally think we will see a similar raise again and GC has hinted to that.
If the BOD get the opportunity to fully fund the company for another year they should take it whilst the stock is hot.
I am certainly not deramping here, I am long and the additional money helps bring the big hitters like the new CMO through the door, growing the company in the process.

Icaraus, I think we will see a raise in the near future but not at these current levels, it would upset the previous 57m investors at £2.00. Expect something when we go north of £2.00.
During the investor call on 2nd December, GC confirmed that a future raise could be possible if the SP was high enough. He also made it clear that the follow on trial to a successful Brazil trial would require additional funds.
Obviously the company have the cash for this phase 2b trial but it wasn’t factored in originally when the company said they had enough cash for the next 2 years.
For me, any raise is positive as it means the company is growing and the sooner the better in this current climate.

Just managed to catch up with the KS video.
Company burn rate of cash is currently $500,000 a month.
From March/April this will go up to $1.5m-$1.7m a month.
A strong indication that a Phase 2b trial with larger numbers has been programmed in for the Foralumab treatment of Covid.
I haven’t sold a single share in this company and don’t plan to for a while yet.
The company continue to deliver on their promises including StemprintER demerger and main market listing. So what if delivery timelines are a little bit out, every timeline in business seems to be a little bit out within the last year and there’s a good reason why!
I strongly believe now that this company is going to be bigger than most of us think.
Another demerger within the next couple of years could also be on the cards.
