Yes I am sure Jim is keen on Divs because he gets first dibs on events prior to FFWD investments, thus using smaller investors to leverage his personalised investments. In no way is it a fair playing field, the mission statement should be re thought IMO.

Really? from a closed fund that has no history of paying dividends and policy to date of exiting / realising profits to reinvest into the fund? If there was Divs available then we would have seen a div from Nuvera and Lorne. The only thing that happened from there was a reinvestment to FFWD and no direct bursement to shareholders. I am 100% sure that Jim and Lorne did well from their dealings just as Ed, Lorne, Jim did very well looking after their interests before putting FFWD fund first in the recent investments to EMMAC.

Shareholders are wising up to the strategies of FFWD BOD and this is why the SP is at its lowest levels even through the PF is actually quite good.

Factom is geographically based in Austin Texas, If the user base is global, what plans are there to open physical offices overseas e.g. UK, EU?
