RE: Re bedtime reading4 Feb 2019 23:14
For what it's worth i'm just puzzled, we have Jim who I believe is confident to talk to a crowd, Lorne who comes across great on TV and a good BOD IMO.
But.... and, here's the whammy, it comes across that they are dis-interested in any communications to shareholders. Take a look at the FFWD website...
- To cheap to buy a SSL certificate for the corporate website which means they do not recognise keeping their website secure or webforms secure.
- Last blog post, 2016?
- Company news not up to date, no mention of management change in company news section of Lance joining the business.
I appreciate every company will operate differently but the level of official updates is next to zero.
Here's a few of my questions maybe someone can help me out?
Leap
- Where is this company based. Is it Israel?
- It appears the 8 staff that work there are mostly based overseas?
- They are making money, I assume this, as the value has been increasing. Where can we find P+L, company information.
- What profits have been paid to FFWD since we invested in Leap? As significant shareholders and a profitable business, where is our return?
Intensity
- Factom, please. Any update? Lorne has had a meeting with them on many occasions. What is happening. Could anyone do a podcast from FFWD or a video or anything?
Placing
- What is happening with funds accessed?
I get it., that if there is no news then there cannot be an RNS or official update. It does not stop the company from keeping shareholders informed through communications channels, retweeting a tweet IMO does not count as a PR strategy.
Thoughts??
