I'd thought anywhere from 2p > 8p upon ratification now based on further research and also that there are two blocks in contention now rather than one. The big win though is holding this after ratification. Many juniors who get licences achieve £ SP especially those who have 'sweet spot' blocks.

I think many will sell after ratification,,,, however this is the point where after the risks have been substantially reduced and onto mid tier mcaps one would assume.

October is when the Ghanian Parliament sits for their third session in 2019.

In my opinion we can expect ratifications announced between October and December for Clontarf, this is the separate negotiation and as we found out quite recently in RNS updates for a new Tano block as well. Parliament will ratify the block winners and direct negotiations in this term following the directives laid out to move ahead with Ghana's ambitions to increase bopd and their energy needs.

GNPC will seek to have their partnerships / companies / associates in place asap now.

I'm not aware there is any requirement to notify us shareholders before the event - this has already happened by way of RNS from our BoD advising of the next steps,so literally the next notification will be of the event / bill being passed.

Looking forward to October and of course to the growth of our Mcap. We all know that a single licence will transform this company, however we have now two licences to sign off on now in Ghana, plus Clontarf were invited to tender for lithium in Bolivia.

Personally I would be not be surprised to see partners announced, major investors and millionaires / billionaires (like PET) arrive / be announced in October -we are aware that the Ghanian's wanted to see progress and drilling / activity commence in 2019.

Amazing the potential here that is becoming realised. A good amount CLON shares appear to be fairly sticky in the hands of LTHs, there is quite limited availability it would seem on both these AIM shares.

Taking from the recent interview the BoD stated ' our time has come ' , this statement is becoming very clear why this has been said :

- Today, PET (same BoD) announced 2 billionaires to join as Directors
- These billionaires may become part of future funding / drill / farm for Clon projects
- Read the RNSs about investment and partners on Clon projects
- Know that BoD has visited Ghana multiple times to negotiate with GNPC
- Know that Bolivia Gov invited Clon to tender / propose for Lithium.
- Bolivia is amongst the top opportunities for lithium extraction via its immense salt pan deposits
- Our key contact at Clon has been involved with Bolivia for years! He is known well commercially and politically
- GNPC want to work with Clon
- Erin to release unlawful block
- Remember that Ghana have stated they want works to start this year
- Remember that drilling estimates are being planned and next steps
- New opportunities with Ghana blocks are now opening up for Clon

I'm surprised that the SP is sitting where it is, to be frank Clon should or could be around the 1p mark at this time (IMO), historic price has been significantly higher >8p.

It's a guess as no one apart from GNPC and our BoD know the exact details, but I am expecting major news and very soon, it would not surprise me at all that we see 1p in the coming days and then a very significant rerate. It's more about which news will come first now... will it be a Bolivia deal or Tano or multiple Tano blocks

Pet was a <1p just a couple of months ago. We are close to a 10 bag here now.

Clon has the potential for a 20+ bag. When I first discussed this it seemed like a small / outside possibility, now the cards are being played, the jigsaw is coming together and a large multi bagger is looking more and more real, IMO the upside is greater than Pet. Both are very good opportunities, for me Clon is one of the most underated, undervalued AIM shares today.

Cash in the bank, legal rights, minimal overheads, access to funding and contacts, man on the ground, its all there.

"Separately, we understand that Erin Energy Inc., a US company currently in Chapter 11, may soon relinquish or have abrogated that portion of the original Tano 2A acreage that Erin Energy Inc (formerly known as Camac Energy Inc.) was awarded in 2014 - which led to immediate legal action by Clontarf. This would open a path for Clontarf to recover all of the original 1,532km acreage."

It's worth noting that only 10% of all US companies recover from Chapter 11. Most file for bankruptcy, Chapter 7. However what is interesting is this article is

Yeh, I've seen many AIM shares get priced in before the news comes PET is on this journey, CLON has a long way to go before its awaited news is priced from here. Rather than being a one shot trick though there are now three plays in motion

Clontarf, and its partners, have also discussed with the authorities the possibility of working along with GNPC regarding the current 'Block 1' (subject to parliamentary ratification).
