London Stock Exchange quote (https://www.londonstockexchange.com/products-and-services/rns/regulatory/services.htm)
"need to fulfil domestic and international regulatory obligations, communicate with shareholders, analysts and institutional investors, at the same time explaining your company news to the markets."
Its also seen in Google knowledge panel holding exactly the same wording. Note the words "communicate" and "news" it does not have to effect a relationship between investor and company, thats the whole point about RNS holding forward statement caveats. A RNS can just be company news.
Doggo my say it was not necessary to RNS that goes against the grain, this is why they call it a NEWS service and not a FACT service.
Winning new clients and new contracts change the value of the investee and the valuation(s), yes? These are not published by FFWD yet other listed companies seem fine with publishing contract wins, negotiations etc.
Other listed companies publish news on hires
Other listed companies publish news for A, B rounds opening etc
Other listed companies publish news of opportunities
Other listed companies publish new of forward statement intent
Other companies publish RNS for clerical and admin news to investors
Think back to the delays of RNSs surrounding pubished news by SALV and the lateness of RNS reporting by FFWD, only once tweets, BB notes, and emails sent were RNS published of news that had been timely published by SALV.
Is it not fair to ask for accurate and timely communications from the FFWD Board?
