There are a number of us FFWDers that hold these. I always had a hope that SALV will be put to good use.

For me I like to get updates from BoD as part of the mix to make decisions on fact, rumour and thinking ahead. So having such little communication from FFWD is proving difficult, that and I duly appreciate that Jim was / is stretched has compounded this issue.

Midas, genuine questions here. I agree its good to buy, I bought another tranche myself. Held for about two years.

The SP of FFWD is reflecting the broad economics, the issues of crypto, the risks of cannabis and SP has not realised the future value of life sciences etc.

Market wants to start seeing some results IMO. This is where the immediate problem is exasperated by slower than expected end of year results.

Problem is results might not hold a NAV what is needed to start a rise because of investees own circumstances due to suspension, where they are prior prior to IPO, where they are prior to series funding.

SP is now way, way lower than when Lorne joined.

It can bounce, I hope it will.

September is going to be a key month to see what Lorne does and how he communicates to the market and shareholders.

It may effect NAV a lot. Hope I'm wrong. The drawing out of yearly published accounts and reporting is not helping the immediate SP.

Anyway, tomorrow is another day.

The IPO is a way off. A lot can change.

Leap say ' Global media giant IMG has entered a strategic partnership with virtual sports developer Leap Gaming' this does not guarantee a sale or buy out. It could just be a strategic partnership.

Endeavour do have other teams and other resources.
The last sale bid was unsuccessful.
The team at Leap may not be viable for full integration due to GEO location or other effects we are not privy to.

it could be a future sale of Leap, but it's not confirmed.

I don't doubt your theory what I was highlighting was the difference between a theory and fact.

I've found there are always reasons for late reporting, often it is bad results, bad management and occasionally too many good results that have affected a timeline.

I have a theory that results are not going to be less than expected. I hope I am wrong.

If there was an offer. Would we not see an RNS?
It'd be a dark day if information was not shared of an offer. To this end we can only concur there are no offers for LEAP at this time e.g. tomorrow or next week.

I too wish there would be an offer.

I've not seen any information that the BoD are looking to sell LEAP. But, it might happen at some point.

We know that there might be an IPO in the future. But again, not all planned IPOs happen, some do, some get delayed, some fail. We (LTH's) don't have any thing concrete of a LEAP sale upon IPO at this time (or tomorrow as you are speculating).

Show me where BoD say they are looking to sell LEAP gaming. Its complete conjecture on your part. There are no facts that they are pursuing a sale at this time.

All we know there might be an IPO in the future. There is no statement anywhere that says the other party wish to buy FFWD out.

Barwick, I think you are on the wrong thread mate.

We were discussing the hold up with FFWD accounts and best practice. Doggo is saying there is no problem nearly every one else is massively concerned about their investment in FFWD and lack of data, slipping of standards and non communication from BoD.
