Oh yes, thats played out in my mind this morning. But we may be in a closed period now and directory dealing could be considered as insider trading. I believe this is a 30 day period.

All that being said, the markets today are dire, along with some traders in and out.

Those that stick will prosper, selling before the news is just crazy IMO.

It's a strong buy IMO. Check the FTSE heat map today, the majority of stocks are down.

The rise will be incoming in the days ahead from the inbound newsflow.

.... so when this has been read the third time ( now ) and all clauses agreed, ( next week) it is sent to the president for signing.

The president has been quite vocal asking parliament to complete this final consideration stage this last year.

Upon president signing the bill becomes an act.

Don’t expect a signed block....Monday... but do expect that if this is read, passed and then signed to see the wheels move quickly. Huge pressure on gnpc and Ghana to get rolling.

SP could go anywhere from 2p to 10p others have said as high as 20-25p... when ratification and or farm occurs. hope that helps
