Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
The more I read about 7dig and triller the more interesting this becomes...
“The new agreement is for an initial minimum term of 18 months and commences immediately, 7 digital said. The company will receive both a monthly licensing fee and usage-based payments to capture Triller's future growth.”
Can see fast growth here, supersonic should there be a US ban of titillations due to politics or patent infringement that dig7 appear to hold.

So you think the current NAV is about 11.5 -12p?
"Now we are about 10% below NAV"
Wrong! You should know if you were genuinely following FFWD you would know that the OLD NAV is higher than this from last years published results and the current (unpublished) NAV is significantly higher, likely 100-150% higher.
I read your posts with pain every day, please stop.
Half-year report valued FFWDs share of LEAP at 5.7M circa, I can only imagine what the final report will show...and without the recent Q1/Q2 newsflow, the current SP is so low even at this juncture!
I've been thinking about this morning is what the free float looks like :
- Total shares 162M
- Lance De Jersey 400,000
- J Mellon 16,283,822
- Lorne?
- In treasury 5,413,623
- PI sticky holdings?
- what else did I miss...feel free to add to this list
Great to see there is plenty of skin the game with key individuals holding. For me, there seriously will be a squeeze soon, by all things considered.
Excellent video from Ed and Proactive, clearly explains why this is such an important step for LEAP.
IMO, we're going to see more new LEAP clients and other news in domino effect.
Agree with Zak Mir. This has legs now the legal has dropped. near term, 0.60-.0.70 over the coming sessions IMO
I've emailed.

Congrats to you, good times approaching quickly!
Reference EMMAC, I would have thought that a cash shell + future earnings + assets + intangible assets + established margins, will place a greater value on it than 500M
Newsflow has picked up massively. Expecting updates on EMMAC, JUV and LEAP.
When do we think we will hear IPO update on EMMAC?
GLA
Thanks, Doggo, I appreciate the share of this doc.
Some of the EMMAC highlights that caught my attention are :
- $0.32 /gram production cost
- 5 white label customers
- 40M revenue booked/scheduled
- 130+ staff
- Huge EU assets
Exciting document, especially considering what the team did for Nuuvera
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001691936/000149315220013772/ex99-2.htm
Roll on the NASDAQ listing. News next week?
...impressive stat there Matt
" Population of Europe 741 Million - Active Licensed Cannabis Cultivators 5 "
No wonder, that EMMAC is developing so quickly.
An amazing opportunity for FFWD.
GLA
The amount of research you've done in this field, you are probably right!
FFWD clearly undervalued at these prices.
News on a commercial / revenue that includes £ / $ detailing from LEAP, EMMAC, JUV, PTGE etc is going to major impact SP.
GLA
very interesting! Thanks PF
10% would be a game changer, revenue maker for LEAP.
Yes, i saw that and it got my interest. Thanks Doggo.
Not sure what percentages this market works on, whether its flat fee or stair casing revenue percentages or something else etc... but I do know that these larger partners have hundreds of thousands of subscribers, if not millions. Stands to reason in my mind that we are talking millions in T/O for LEAP, now that broad adoption is being completed.
I'm assuming final reports of FFWD will not capture the recent uplift, so if anything now is the time to get in and take a position to capitalise on LEAP.
My side, I've held for years now... and added on the dips. Missed the 5's though.
I bet LEAP is sold to enable further investment into JUV or EMMAC before their IPO and the new forray into cannabis/ hemp drinks that we know are being set up. Makes sense to move into life sciences and cannabis, the main knowledge centres and become a specialist fund.
888 reported a 500M Group t/o in their final results (April)
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/888/final-results-grcywfw9sapff1u.html
Would imagine they've seen massive transfer in customer spend to virtuals as what has been discussed.
Taking from the final report they say...
"Continued investment in delivering growth opportunities for 888sport with the strategic acquisition and ongoing integration of the newly acquired sports betting team and proprietary platform"
I'm interested to know more of LEAP and their revenue increase from Q1 and Q2 this year can imagine it would be like looking at a vertical leap with the number of customers they have onboarded. Would not surprise me if a big fish bought LEAP sooner than later.
I agree with you PF, its been a long haul so far but clearly value is much more than the current SP levels, and as Ed was alluding to there is an array of positive news to come through.
14p may well be fair value at current status quo without any updates.
Personally, I think FFWD will be looking to release LEAP very soon and to focus on life sciences and Cannabis/hemp plays only; these are where the management team have the bulk of their knowledge and/or success, in effect FFWD may not be a broad or even multi investment sector vehicle but rather more targeted and specialist. Just a thought!

you buying?
