We know Factom is reviewing a rebrand, but could this contain some restructuring. If they were to sell Pegnet to a coin/currency exchange as a standalone asset, I wonder what this asset would be worth?

To those that sold today... you really did not do yourself any favours.

Andina are to update the SPAC Nasdaq listing for EMMAC before end of August, this is their words, not mine.

If you have not heard the recent Mp4 of Lorne, Constanzio and Andina then you have missed out. It's available via Darren / Quint in the Telegram Shares Research Group. in the 20+ minute presentation.

- The progress and plans of EMMAC are laid out
- Constanzio mentions cannabis use with recreation and drinks. wink wink...
- Andina reference valuation of billion+ and August
- The EU market is based on a population of 700M and only 5 Cannabis suppliers approved, compared with 2,000 supplier market in the US market.

There's been talk of the good progress of FFWD, but I think even the higher valuations of MC and SP are blown out of the water, the significance of what has been delivered and the cross over available has not been on the radar.

I am expect a minimum 100% uplift to what we have as current market valuation to FFWD before the end of September.

Could be out any day, at any time, I'm keen to see the progress of LEAP, VEMO and EMMAC etc documented. Good opportunity for FFWD to continue engaging with investors.

I think we'll be hearing some updates duly from FFWD.

I'm sure COVID may have slowed down progress by Lorne and Antonio, however I feel there will be an announcement at some point involving Novel Drinks (cannabis) and UK/ EU / International launch.

Interesting to see that Lorne is holding a single UK directorship and its related to a cannabis, an industry he has provided leadership and seen huge success.

Lorne sold Constanzio shares a while back, these were around 16-17p and we know FFWD treasury has shares purchased in and around this range.

The cannabis infused drinks market is going to big, (I mean huge!) especially in Canada (Lorne!), and US.

Ed has made it easier for FFWD to attract and sign off new investments, we also know that the directive of the BOD is to reduce the variety and scope of investments (seen in final reports), therefor it's logical to me that at some point FFWD will become involved in a further cannabis and longevity plays while looking to release gaming, blockchain, and other investments outside the sector of health and well being. I

To me it feels that board have found the feet of FFWD, there is clear direction and we're sitting pretty on substantial assets that will be released, and then we have a team of experts and commercial knowledge centred to health and well being.

FFWD, our time is coming. Think we may be seeing the 20's sooner than we think.

The NAV reported in December 2019 RNS (based on the prior six months..."As our financial statements highlight.....the NAV of circa £20.4 million."

The market cap for FFWD today, is £18 million. This is a 10% discount to NAV reported on.

Clearly, FFWD is not trading at any premium.

FFWD has continually traded at discount to NAV for months, even though the portfolio has seen pivotal growth.

Regards the current SP, it looks like a stalemate until our NAV increases officially.
- Why? Back this statement up with facts.

Most investors are not keen on buying at a premium to the published NAV
- Whats the NAV? no-one is buying at a premium at this time.
- How do you know most investors are not keen?

You have all the data in-front of you and taking from your posts, you are in profit, even before the pending newsflow.

I sense that you are not genuinely invested.

So... we can expect LEAP to IPO or be sold soon as well as the known events for EMMAC Nasdaq (SPAC) listing and JUV IPO.

We also over the last few interviews with Ed (Proactive), that, LEAP has reported huge gains, seen their client base grow tremendously and in turn their clients customers grow x2, x5, x10 fold. LEAP beat their profitability projections and is set to be profitable Q3 (now), and this is on top of the substantial R+D and product investment!

If LEAP IPOs we can expect the SP to reflect £ status, or/and if LEAP is sold, we can expect a special dividend IMO.

LEAP is now seeing the commercialisation of their products with official sponsors being embedded.

FFWD own 43%+ of LEAP.

- Would be worth your time reading the patents held by Factom (some go back to 2017), and we are not talking about a single patent but 10+. The IP is worth hundreds of thousands if not millions to a blockchain competitor, and this is not rose tinted spectacles, really, you should read what these are. You are likely to be astonished as to what they have secured.

- The Govt contract is worth big bucks, no other tech blockchain firm has progressed through to the levels of Factom, and correct me if I'm wrong but these alone are worth hundreds of thousands per year in recurring revenue.

- Then, Pegnet - Whats the value of this?

Factom is not the billion dollar company (yet) but it certainly has a commercial value. I suspect this is going to unlocked very soon as well through Cannabis / medical records, Land registrations and the use we've seen across property, mortgage etc...

I'd like to know why you value at zero at this time?
