When parliament adjourned on Friday 7th they were at clause 15 of the Narcotics bill. All presented were passed and agreed to that day. This bill has 115 clauses.

Roll on 10 working days, I expect that they are now close or in process of updating the completion / decision to the Bill and it becoming agreed and finalised.

Expecting movement in coming days, this being the review and completion of the consideration stage to the Insolvency Act and if my research is correct the news flow we want and are waiting on.

The chapter 11 was successfully converted to a chapter 7 based on all my research.

Iamrich, I think you are not aware of the legal case settled to our BoD's satisfaction and the pending legislation changes in Ghana. It may be worth reading up on Erin/ Camac chapter 7 and 11 , you are awre of the options the BoD issued themselves (CLON) rather than Pet , right?

There are other companies likewise waiting for the event to complete, this is not a Clontarf only event...

Nigeria, like Ghana has major change transformation completing this year in its petroleum industry that are leading to other legislation changes e.g. Ghana Petroleum Hub Development Corporation Bill, 2019. Funny that these bills are set out to complete at a similar time eh? All to assist international trade and relations...

As Bridges is alluding to, the Bill passes, this in turn allows the ratification to complete and the termination of the illegal contract that has languished...

IMO this is a matter of 'when' rather than 'if' or 'how' for Clon to get their blocks (plural). There's a lot of pressure on Ghana and Africa as a whole (domestic and international) to follow through on the Presidents and ministers public announcements to follow international law, be transparent and above all, increase the Ghana opportunity.

....The Narcotics Control Commission Bill, 2019, the Corporate Insolvency Bill, 2019, and the Land Bill, 2018 are at the Consideration stage.

The Rt. Hon. Prof Oquaye announced that he was among Speakers and Presiding Officers from 37 Commonwealth Parliaments that met in Canada for the 25th Conference of Speakers and Presiding Officers of the Commonwealth (CSPOC) which took place from 6 to 10 January 2020.

He said the biennial conference focused on the topics of parliamentary engagement: openness, transparency and accountability and on Parliamentarians as effective legislators and representatives.

The Speaker noted that a special plenary session was also held on inclusive Parliaments where Speakers and Presiding Officers discussed the role of the Speaker in supporting emerging procedures and practices to embrace the changing needs of modern Parliaments.....

If you have not read this in full, (and I'm happy to share it) it may be useful to see what Tamraz stands for and who he is. Certainly he is not the typical BoD / stakeholder we see on AIM. The top link is a 15 page document, it may take you a good 20-30 mins to digest it, but it may be worthwhile read to gain an insight to understand a mindset. If true, this individual is well fashioned, represents values and not the ways of modern corporate directors, he's old money. Not new.

I can understand why they / he has a relationship with the BoD from PET/CLON, because they share same / similar values.

If IMG had completed IPO I would find myself agreeing with you, but as there was weaknesses to the holistic view of their business and liabilities I'd consider that leap won't be sold anytime soon.

But that's great news because the assett will increase in value even more IMO due to the share of market IMG controls.

Last valuation was about 5.7m for ffwds holding based on the excellent results being achieved its got to be in the ballpark of 11-13m for our stake.
