RE: Highest average.2 Feb 2024 16:02
Mole_man99, I totally agree with you, I have 9 funds mostly international and all making profit, individual shares i have 3 in profit, that's lgen/mng/aviv, then i have 3 in loss, direct line which dropped around 50% due to inflation having a bad effect on it's profits, so it then cut it's dividend, Lloyds my largest holding has been a big disappointment i actually got back into profit recently at 47p thinking i would sell some off if it got to 50 but now it's dropped back to 42p, persimmon i'm nearly in profit with, as for Vodafone, well i am hoping this has reached it's bottom, i last topped up at 86p so hoping it can at least get back to 90p and i will make a decision then, I've no idea what the future holds for Vodafone guys, but like the rest of you i hope it can and will get better
maybe it's just me that's rubbish at picking shares, like mole says the good one's are compensating for the bad ones
but please feel free to give your own opinions
