Oh I originally read that as meaning the change of control price also had to be over £1.40. Puts a different complexion on it now. Many shareholders will have an average of £1.00 ish and will get shafted if we got took over at a lowish price. (me included). The guys at the top always look after themselves. Didn't Scaife get awarded about £7M and no doubt was paid more to go.

SamJSung I agree that they will put all the bad news into the May results and put the blame on Scaife so to speak. I do hope they have something good to say going forward as I don't want to see the sp drop further. A merger might be ok but what I fear is someone buying us on the cheap. That would be no good for me and it would certainly be no good for Rigg as he has his incentives at £1.40 per share. Also concerned about no new products recently and no progress on biodose connect that we know of. Still holding here though.

Yes SamJSung I think things are going well. I think the CEO likes to understate and then out perform. We shall see.

I think L G are in the know obviously but I think we have to be a little more patient here.

My sources (man down at the pub) tell me things are going in the right direction but I agree it is a long time between now and the third of May. I am still holding but would top up if I had spare cash.

Wizard its in the 4/10/16 update in the trading update and I think it is going to be massive. May update will hopefully confirm this.

Own up - who was it?

I think Chris Rigg likes to understate things and so I am very optimistic when he says the latest sales of this Bromide solution product were VERY encouraging. I will settle for the announcement of two new unlicensed to licenced products from now till May. Not too much to ask for is it?

Although the latest update was positive going forward, I think between now and May we will need a couple of positive bits of news to maintain confidence here. It would certainly keep me going knowing that good things were going on.

Nice to see the word pleased used twice in the update which is positive. Also the shareholder information has now been updated.

No mention of what the EBITDA is expected to be. Does anyone know how I can get to see what the market projections are or are they meant to be confidential to the company and its broker?

Was that big trade today a buy or sell?

In October last year Chris Rigg said he expects performance will be materially below market expectations. We now have a new CFO and he has been given many options through the LTIP. A few months have passed since the new company strategy was introduced and so I am expecting to hear a little about progress in the next trading update. Hope I am not being too optimistic.

Wizard if we look at it positively, the longer they take to issue an update the more time there is to accelerate sales and then issue an even better update. And don't forget the management options price of £1.40. They will want to get there eventually.

Update came early Feb the year before so maybe a couple of weeks to wait. We have not launched any new products for ages. Just hope sales of the others have picked up.
