I would have voted against an offer of less than £1.00. When you look at how well Clinigen have done they seem to be a first class outfit. However our board seem to know what they are doing but I hope we don't get crowded out by the competition.

CBB hope you are wrong too. I notice Clinigen has paid so far £50m for Link Healthcare with maybe more to come. This was satisfied roughly in £22m cash , £19m shares and £8m deferred. I roughly worked out we might be worth 90p per share but I suppose it depends how much they really want us or put another way how much we can do for them. Clingen have really progressed since they were floated.

I am a Quantum shareholder and just wondered if any of you think an offer for our company will be made? Just asking.

Just went through the 8.3 forms re Clinigen group issued since 16th August. 4 discloser companies increased their stake in Clinigen, 8 reduced their stake and 9 remained about the same. Not sure if anything can be deduced from these movements.

In March 2016 Scaife held 3,342,303 shares so he has sold a few for pocket money but basically has kept the faith. I just hope Rigg keeps the faith and doesn't sell us on the cheap.

I think your company is trying to get a smaller company on the cheap.

What concerns me is that some of the big institutions got their shares for 34p. If they accept say 80p they haven't done too bad in their investment. I just hope there are enough of us to reject it as many will have bought at a higher price.

I am sure either way he will get a few bob. I suppose he will want a high offer price but not too high to make the deal fall through.

SamJSung how will Chris Riggs options work if there is a change of control? If we are taken out at say £1.00, will he be able straight away to buy say 6 million shares at 30p and sell them for £1.00. Do you know how it will work?

rylidan this is why I don't know why there is not more buying pressure. What trick am I missing?

I am a bit surprised that more people on here haven't taken a punt to buy at say 70p in the hope that we eventually get an offer over 80p in order to make a smallish profit.

SamJSung feel really thick asking you this but why is Clinigen going up in value good for us? Surely if we get part Clinigen shares with the offer, then if Clinigen share price has gone up Clinigen will say they are more valuable so we will be offered less quantity of their shares. And if we decide to hold the Clinigen shares they are at their peak price and may go down in value especially as some Quantum holders will sell their shares straight away putting downward pressure on the Clinigen share price.

I say make an acceptable offer or bugger off. p.s what are the Pitchcroft guys up to ?

Might not be reading the notification correctly but if Pitchcroft Capital have increased their stake why has the sp not gone up?

Looks to me like the old boys network working. Sod those that paid over a £1.00 per share after admission to aim. We are just starting to blossom and the board agree to an offer of 80 to 90p per share. Only my thinking but fear it may happen.

A nice and clear presentation on our website. I like the line" largest UL2L opportunity submitted to MHRA post period end". Future looking positive if no one spoils the party.
