We incurred £1.1m of board restructuring costs. I know we had a lot of personnel changes but what exactly are these costs? Might be a stupid question.

I hope there is no one conniving to buy our company on the cheap. But if it did happen then presumably Chris Rigg would get his £6M incentive? Been cheated like this before.

Just wondered what corporate means on that broker forecast and also can any of you own up to who sold all those shares. Surely an rns will be issued to show who bought them??

Just had chance to read the results again. This new board are not messing about are they? They really mean business and seem very focused. No stone will be left unturned so to speak.

Why would Slater Investments reduce their holding from 3.6% to 2.49% on the day before tomorrows update. I know they are not privy to any special info but thought it a strange time to do it. Anyone know why?

Does anyone out there think the sp might go up again tomorrow based on more large buys? I suppose since year end there has been no major announcements re our progress so the best we can hope for on Wednesday is for the Company to say that trading in the first quarter of the current year has been strong.

Looked at the closed NuPharm site today. It was the usual little box site on an industrial estate. A single storey thing with curtains closed and the plot next door was up for sale. No surplus land attached. A couple of decent buys here recently so things may be looking up.

SamJSung of course you are right. It was a bit tongue in cheek what I said earlier. I live a couple of miles from the NuPharm site so think I will go and have a nosey. But we have heard nothing about new products or new deals for a bit. They had better have something positive to say next week.

Bit of a miscalculation by Scaife in paying £9m for NuPharm only to have it closed down a year or so later. Wonder if he will pay back any of his bonuses?

Chris Rigg had better come up with something positive going forward. The new board members appointed in October last year are all supposed to be experienced in this sector and have been at their posts long enough to arrive at a successful strategy. Hopefully.

Well all looks good here then SamJSung. I am still hopeful and my man in the pub is still hopeful too. However I was hopeful a bit ago when I paid £1.65 per share. I suppose time will tell.
