Wizard I am sitting here thinking exactly the same. I hope the big boys don't just want to make their 25% profit or whatever it is and sell us small investors down the river. Just a bit concerned.

Well by now L&G and Harwood will know what potential we have and what value they think we are potentially worth. I just hope it is well over £1.00.

I do not think things could be going any better. Well done the Board I say.

So if they offer us their shares at their highest and they buy us at near our lowest then win win for them. I would have liked the last placement price at more than 34p but we are where we are. I have been shafted before when someone took the company over on the cheap. But I think we have so much promise to stay independent. Tomorrow will be interesting.

Their share price is currently up 2.28%. Don't know if this is good, bad or doesn't matter.

I have just gone through again all the past twelve months official communications. Very clear to me that the boards strategy is slowly but surely starting to deliver results. Chris Rigg can hardly contain himself with the excitement he must be feeling. All his individual strategies seem to be delivering. Got to be a good day tomorrow.

I don't think you can get access to the management expectations. I may be wrong though.

I think that's the point Wizard. We are not desperately looking to be taken over. The Boards strategy is certainly working and things are looking good. Any low offer under £1.00 should be turned down. Hope I am not being greedy.

Thanks for the info SamJSung. What sort of disappoints me is that Scaife once told me of the potential of the pipeline products and what he believed they had generally such as biodose connect. Now Chris Rigg comes along and thinks the pipeline has greater promise. The adventure I thought I was going on may be curtailed by an offer. I suppose this is business but if there is no offer then I will not be disappointed.

Thanks for replying. My average is 65p but I feel for those who paid £1.00 or more for their shares. I suspect they might feel short changed if the offer is £1.02. Do you feel a £1.02 offer is about right?

SamJSung always value your opinion. What do you think about current situation?

My earlier calculations were after looking at the TR1 notifications and a lot of guessing. But I do think they would accept say £1.00 ish but I would be gutted as I think we have not had time to reach our full potential.

General assumptions but if L&G bought say 16m shares @ £1.00 and 9m shares @ £0.34 then their average would be £0.76. If Aviva paid £1.00 for all theirs. If Harwood bought 13m @ £1.00 and 11m @ £0.34 their average would be £0.70. Now if these generalisations are anywhere near close, would they accept say an £0.80 offer if Clinigen were to offer it?

From memory Chris Rigg was awarded about 3 million share options exercisable at a price of £1.40. Couldn't find it in the old rns,s but its there somewhere What personal incentive does Chris have in driving a very hard bargain with Clinigen other than to get shareholders to accept it. Just wondered.

The institutions paid £1.00 for their shares on admission to aim and some of them will have got some at the last placing price of 34p. Those that paid £1.00 were promised double digit growth which never materialised. So what are they worth now? Well there is renewed confidence in the value of the product pipeline and they are exploring European expansion. I think this offer of interest has come too early for me in our recovery. I will be gutted with any offer under £1.00. I think I would like them to go away and come back in a year.

The former CEO Scaife tried to run before he could walk and was far too optimistic with his expectations. But I think the Board were poor too. Chris Rigg has learnt from his mistakes but he has a more experienced board.

What is your target price? I remember buying shares from my son at £1.65 because at that time I was led to believe the price was going to £2.00. Should have sold then and bought back at 40p.

JCTY News has placed our technicals under review that might suggest a reversal due here. Far too complicated for me but anyone who looks at trends may wish to read it.

So if they were sells then why would someone sell after last weeks positive trading statement and figures due on 30th?
