Total for 2015 of interests of 3% or more was 74.76% but has reduced to 60.00% for 2016. So presumably we have more smaller shareholders. I also note management bonuses reduced from £708k to zero but don't feel sorry for them as their basic salary increased by 50%.

Great news. Mr Scaife is excited and so am I. They are starting to deliver guys and gals.

I also think this is a great buy at this level and if things go to plan it will be an outstanding investment. Have been trying to persuade the wife to buy some but she is not having it. She prefers to get 0.1% interest in the bank where it is safe.

Wizard all I can say is I have borrowed money to invest here and if you look at their latest presentation they are very confident for the future. They have so many products to develop and have employed experienced staff and the review they had has made them think. Nothing is certain but I am a long term holder.

My sources say things are all going to plan here. I got a small top up yesterday but have to pay 18% interest for the privilege but I still think it was a good buy.

Wish I had spare cash to buy more at these prices.

Just noticed that NuPharm is expected to return to operational capacity and profitability by end of Jan 2018. Seems a long way off to me.

Anyone know what an acceptable P/E ratio should be with a young company like us in this field?

I think we may need to be patient over the coming 12 months and let all the goodies develop. My fear is that someone might pick us up on the cheap and with an average of 92p that will be no good for me. I would love to know what extra revenue each new product brings in and what effect each one has on the bottom line but I suppose each new product is different. They certainly are spending loads on new product development so they must be expecting good returns. Exciting times.

I am bit disappointed with the modest 4% growth in ebitda and the profitability fall of £1.8m ( 16% ) in our largest specials division. Also disappointed that we have upgraded the facility at NuPharm but still await the lifting of manufacturing restrictions. Now look at the positives. Review recommendations largely completed leading to improved infrastructure and review processes. Product pipeline significantly increased in size and value. 20 products submitted for authorisation and +40 more in pre registration development. Significant number of product launches this year. Biodose connect to be launched in first half 2016. First quarter trading has been strong. Company focus is on profit development from the pipeline. Lots and lots of potential all over the group and I think all still to play for.

I just hope that the results are slightly better than forecast and that current trading is going to plan. Would also be nice to hear positive news about biodose, more products in the pipeline and more licences granted and also NuPharm restrictions lifted. Anything else good is a bonus. I don't want too much tomorrow!

Some managers of aim companies are dubious characters. Not here. They are in my opinion honest hard working people but they are quite young at the same time. My view is to hold and I have recently bought a few more. Next Tuesday will be interesting.

Wizard actual results for full year ending 31/01/15 were revenue £61.7M , ebitda £12.2m and eps 9.7p. So if ebitda for y/e 31/01/16 is £12.7m then a 4% improvement. Not much but in the right direction. The market consensus for ebitda y/e 31/01/16 was formerly £13.4m.

The latest update confirms that Martin Sutch has sold all his shares.

SamJSung have you seen the latest notification of shares issued today? Something about a 3% threshold reached. Maybe you can understand it more than me.

Bit surprised that none of the major holders haven't reduced their holdings a bit. Has to be seen as good news. Scaife must be selling them a good story but I know he is a very persuasive guy. I cannot imagine who was selling at presumably a loss. Still holding and have bought a few more shares recently as just feel the potential is here.

Surely someone has it in their job description to update the web site? Agree not good enough for any company to neglect their web site but have come across it in other companies too.

Also we have not heard anything from NuPharm about lifting license restrictions since the last regulator visit.
