Why has Scaife and Such paid themselves so much but then allowed the share price to drop so much? Are we being kidded? After all I have seen lots of aim bosses doing nicely on the back of the shareholders. Just asking.

Wizard I don't know the answer but SamJSung seems to think this is the case per his post. The cease and desist rules mean that we should increase our turnover massively as new licences are granted although I don't know exactly by how much. Things going forward for our company but need more good news.

Thought there would have been an rns this morning showing movements in shareholdings. Something is going on in the background. Just hope it is good. Company seems relaxed?

And also should we not see an RNS if someone has gone over 3%?

The sells represent a fair percentage of the total stock. Thought the share price might have gone down?

SamJSung I was just thinking too who would be selling at such a loss and why? Just hope nobody is thinking of trying to buy us on the cheap.

I cannot understand why people are selling at this price as they must be making a loss. lets hope we hear lots of good news before May such as NuPharm restrictions lifted.

Many holders accept £1 plus? Not me. Most holders surely paid lots more. But I was once in a share where a very low offer was accepted because the major holders were happy with their 10% profit. Lets hope we are not fleeced here.

You would think that if the institutional shareholders remain solid then now is a good time to buy shares? Having said that I took out a loan to buy £10k worth at 65p. Time will tell if it was a good move.

Wizard my understanding is that NuPharm were granted 3 licences to manufacture and do other things ages ago and they still have them but the MHRA have put restrictions on them. It is these restrictions that they need to get lifted. I don't know the specifics though.

I read somewhere, cannot remember where, but inspectors were due into NuPharm this week. But you cannot always believe what you read.

Hi Wizard. Yes agreed. We need the manufacturing restrictions lifted at NuPharm and more products being granted licences. Sounds simple really!

Had a response from Quantum re sp concerns. They said they share my frustration but rest assured their primary objective is to create shareholder value. Time will tell I suppose.

Something not right here methinks but god knows what. Emailed the company last week expressing my concerns but not received a reply to date.

Must admit I wouldn't want a takeover at say £1.50. The potential is here but just need lots of good news to move this share.

The trading update on 19/01/16 although not as good as we expected still showed decent profits and the promise of a bright future. So why has the share price dropped so much? Do people know something that we don't? Hope not.
