The trading update on 19/01/16 although not as good as we expected still showed decent profits and the promise of a bright future. So why has the share price dropped so much? Do people know something that we don't? Hope not.

Just a pity Andrew Scaife did not buy a substantial amount of shares when he last purchased. It would have made me a bit more confident of the future. Having said that if ever he was replaced I suppose he would be well rewarded. I suppose everything will come out in the wash as they say.

Cheers for that. I am holding long term and can just hope that the promises made by the board come to fruition because if they do we are on to a winner.

SamJSung the CEO is ambitious and driven but as you say is also inexperienced. At what share price do you see this being at in say May? The big investors will not like being down circa 40% and neither do I

I have signed up to their newsletter hoping to hear news but have yet to receive anything. I am a long term holder here so just hoping good progress is being made behind the scenes but the share price tells me otherwise.

I must admit it has crossed my mind too that we are not hearing the good things that are going on. With the integration of the acquisitions and the drive for new product licences etc you would have thought there are some good news items worthy of note. Unless of course good things are not happening in which case you are right that the major shareholders need to act pronto.

Buy or sell anyone?

Yes trytosmile I had a paper profit here of about £25k but didn't set a stop loss. I was just so convinced that Scaife had all the answers. We shall see.

I bought some at £1.65 but have managed to average down to £0.95. Think we are onto a winner but would hate to be taken over for a song. Just need to get these health authorities people on our side and get new products going.

Would have liked Scaife to have bought more, say a quarter of a million shares to really show his confidence. And I suppose there is nothing special going on in the background as he cannot be in a closed period. This is clearly a two year hold at least in my opinion.

No volume yet. Need a positive RNS to liven things up.

We don't really need this upheaval in the board room. They have got enough on their plates with bedding in the acquisitions and trying to get new products authorised. I would hate to be taken over when we are at such a low share price. After all I suppose most shareholders are sitting here at a considerable loss. I know I am.

That is my worry too that a predator might be eyeing us up at such a low price. This share is definitely long term and if all the strategies over all the divisions actually come to fruition then we are onto a big winner!

Not a clue either as to what is going on. Would have expected more news about more products being authorised etc. Fingers crossed at the moment.

Yes get your point. If they get progress across all fronts we should see this share double at least!

What is the point in showing an old rns? Wonder why we have dropped so much today?

I note NuPharm are currently subject to MHRA manufacturing restrictions together with the niche pharmaceuticals division problems with getting MHRA granted licences. So sort out MHRA and we will have cracked it!! Lets hope we can.
