In response to A2 answer to Q2.

In the RNS it states that Sidara can make an offer on less favourable terms.

I can't see why Sidara would offer 35p when the BOD look like they would recommend anything which was offered to them. The BOD just want out from the mess of their own creation.

Could you give your opinion why you think it's very unlikely for second bidder? Do you think the company is that far gone?

Or Sid offer 15p during suspension when those skeletons are uncovered. We are all in the dark here, but we do know that the BOD can't be trusted.

Why should Sidera buy shares? That would only put the value of the company they are trying to buy upwards.

I was thinking the same but only buying if the SP remains low. Only 30 percent of the shares belong to PI's so I don't think it will make much difference.

PI's only know what we are allowed to know. It's the II's with 70 percent of the stocks who are effecting the SP and surly they know something we do not. The SP is going south for a reason.

I think the obvious is bad news Monday. That does not mean it will end bad in the longer term so I'm holding no matter what.
