If Sid buys shares not eligible to vote but takes them out of the hands of a potential NO vote surely that is worth something to them. Maybe 35p and they would otherwise have to up their offer if the vote is NO.

Proof please. I'm not saying this is wrong but it's an important point I would like to see in written in RNS.

The institutional investors with a high average SP would do well offloading to buy back at a lower SP before recovery or bidding war.

That was the peek share price since the Valentine day massacre and the news of Sidara's interest in Wood. We know the sp is driven by the institutional investors so they must have calculated that was the true minimum value of Wood. Since the accounts are now out and nothing exceptionally nasty has been revealed, that takes us back to 44p minimum.

With shareholders at the bottom of that list but everyone needs our vote. What is the best option for just us shareholders?

Gets me everytime as well but not in a good way. Woods RNS are usually bad news or an anticlimax and we know the next one will be bad.

He could have just accepted the job for the money which is the usual motivator. A temporary CF0 becomes a temporary CEO makes sense to me without him having a grand master plan, but I live in hope.

A few Petrofac investors are also here in Wood. I hope lightning doesn't strike twice in the same place especially for them.

How can Wood benefit when it's skint? Wood requires a large injection of cash before any benefit can be reaped. Sale to Sid without gain to shareholders
