still not had the detail of the results from the AGM, the RNS stated that these would be published on the web site, I for one am interested to see them, have just emailed investor relations requesting them so will let you know how I get on.......

It was suggested and also states on their website that they will publish the full results of the recent votes on the website, well they have not appeared as yet, why the delay, would be interesting to see how close or not they were.........!

aha, I see, at least you have a strategy, so many appear to not! Need to be brave with TCG albeit they have done it before, just think circumstances quite different now, good luck, I am sure you will get your entry point soon!

Currently my strategy is to exit all but a couple of AIM shares, and put my money in some of the larger FTSE250 businesses, I appreciate they are not even safe at present, however in the longer term I think I will feel more comfortable, if perhaps a little poorer, who knows, and of course at present there are some juicy dividends being paid on current share prices in some rather large companies (5-7%). That will be my way forward, but for now trying to extricate myself from a few f**k ups..........Bou however will be a share I retain quite a large position in, have been here a while, got in low, took the OO and am in reasonable profit presently, but have waited far too long here to bail just as news is due, time will tell if this is sensible or not.

not so sure TCG will recover this time Applegarth to be fair, I may be wrong but I would be very careful there. Just IMO

wow, so many differing views and personal attacks on here. I was invested, not now, I made my choice but appreciate it can only ever be a personal one. As a number of people have said on here it really is a 50/50 bet at best. Depending on what average price you hold there will be profit for some. I am sure many have made good money in the last couple of weeks here and good luck to them. However one thing I have learned is despite all the supposed experts and research completed, we, as relatively small PIs, absolutely do not have access to all the information required to know what is really going on and you can be sure that the best interests of small PIs is not paramount in anyone's mind be it the Board of Directors, Mike Ashley (in case of Debs), Fosun, the Turks or the Russians, they care little about us and decisions and actions are taken without even a thought for us.

I cannot imagine there are any views which have not already been expressed so for all those invested now, stick or twist - simples. I have much 'sympathy' and respect for illbetabuck, who has been regularly derided for expressing a view which to be fair, is a very reasonable and educated one. Balance is key.

There will likely be more opportunities to trade this share in the days ahead and for those who are lucky enough to time it right, good luck. However I am not prepared to risk any money on this share where so many warnings have been issued and so clearly the interests of shareholders have been sidelined.

I think a number of people were expecting big new announcements, it was never likely to be the case, just a straight forward process of getting all motions passed and carry on working on the RTO, there will undoubtedly be people who simply get impatient and move on, GL to them, I am still a holder with a low average so happy to wait and see.

Would be interested in anyone who was present commenting on any input from AG though..............

Just to make my position clear, I was invested , now not.

I think posters should give Illbetabuck a break, he/she is merely pointing out the alternative view, far too late now to be deramping and I am sure he/she will not be buying in whatever the price based on their posts. To be fair the posts make some sense and should be heard by everyone as well as the constant ramping about takeover and 10p+ a share predictions.

Plenty of people got spiked and burned on Debs and Flybe in recent past and there was similar chat during their ultimate demise, many saying shares would double, a number suggesting caution.

Who knows how this will play out, but one thing we must have all learned about such instances in recent years is that seldom are things done for the good of PI shareholders, they are at the bottom of the list of priorities in such circumstances, be that right or wrong. So by all means trade the share if you feel confident doing it and are happy to perhaps lose the lot (warnings are plenty and have been issued by the company by means of RNS), there is money to be made if you time it right, but please don't get carried away with the hype of turnaround and quick easy money.

I wish all those invested the very best of luck, but take a balanced view, it is so easy to get sucked up into the hype and excitement when a share moves this way.

I am a holder, happy with my investment and at a low average - just to be clear on my position.

I have previously commented on what a good job GB appears to be doing and I stick by that, however news today was not new, just a summary of all we have heard in recent months so I for one was not expecting much of a rise.

I strongly believe that the share price will move north once some firm orders and contracts are signed with large customers which will surely happen, at present they appear to be more exploratory ones.

Patience will pay here I am convinced, and happy to add below 2p when funds allow because we always go back up at some point above that and I have no reason to think we won't again. I ought to trade it between 1.8p and 2.2p but always afraid I will miss the big news and subsequent rise..................GLA

Interesting that this has not dropped further as predicted by many, whether it be the timely buyback which was announced or the general view that the £600m tax bill will not actually end up that big......who knows, anyway, what are views on MA taking this back private so he can in some way fly a bit more under radar with his business dealings, surely he has to be considering it, in my experience, founder owners like MA just don't like being held to account by the City

He really is an investors dream, constant positive news flow, not expecting this to rocket the price or anything, but he keeps the positive news flow consistent and regular, always drip feeding the market, have every confidence this will one day be multiples of current SP. Bounces over 2p pretty regularly so anything under there is a good buy IMO. GLA

Anyone know why the significant share holding % on the Bould website do not make sense?

AG appears to be correct in terms of % of overall shares in issue, but the others do not........

just confirmed that if you do not wish to take up offer then do nothing and offer lapses apparently, I will see where we are on the 23rd I think!

The CA on my Halifax a/c only gives me 2 options, take up offer or take up more, no option to decline the offer, Halifax web chat suggested that not taking up the offer was maybe not even an option, I corrected them obviously and asked them to investigate, anyone else noticed this?

Cheers Calamari, lets hope you are right, if they do then maybe I will take up OO, if they don't then SP will possibly fall and I can pick up cheaper on open market if I so wish. I don't have many here so not a biggy tbh.

Knowing my luck though they will likely announce something as soon as OO closes........

Amazes me how this share reacts and moves on each and every small sell, just hope it behaves the same in reverse when the time comes...........

Why would I take up the OO when I can buy the shares on the market for more or less the same...........it seems very odd?

What are other people's views on this OO?

Board and senior team look pretty good, strong pedigree albeit much DC experience, not necessarily a bad thing I guess. I think the stores have much to do in terms of basic retail operations and consistency, but the offer is sound and the service side of the business in terms of installs etc needs more marketing IMO as this is where the opportunity lies for me. People are lazier these days and many do not have the skill set to do what perhaps our parents may have done for themselves, add to that the increased technology available for bikes and cars. It ain't going to make me rich, but it is sound and reasonably 'safe' paying a good dividend.

That said, when I see a 20% profit, I would likely move out unless dividend was imminent.
