Afternoon MM & Op, I just found it odd how generally quiet this board is except for the two of you, and I have pretty much read every post you have both made as I keep an eye on the share price regularly. My average is actually 3.8p having just checked it (bought on 20th December 2018) and as you say I am very happy with it, can't honestly remember exactly why I bought to be fair, I would have done a little research but was more of a punt. As per usual though, whenever a stock of mine does well it is often one I speculated on and so did not invest heavily, more fool me. Up a few grand though, and I intend to stick on in there, please don't think I was in any way playing down the share, I share your enthusiasm, you two are clearly heavily invested and well informed, it's just quite funny reading the BB here with you two playing off one another and no one else ever getting involved, no other BB like it. There must be plenty of others invested here so would have expected more variety of thoughts and comments bearing in mind the performance as you say.

Other than the usual 2 suspects, anyone else have views on PAT, I have been in since 3.8p, so showing a tidy profit, and I am sure MM & Op are genuine believers but can't help feeling they are ramping the hell out of this, they are the only 2 posters on here really...........BAGR didn't work out too well did it MM and there was similar positivity there!

Whilst it is a shame for any LTH here, the drop earlier to 90p was way overdone especially considering the dividend.

I managed to get in at £1.00, happy with that and expect a pretty quick and easy 20% upside, a dividend of over 6% based on buy price to boot, retail is struggling as we all know but DC will be around for a while yet and this SP will recover from current point IMO. Had planned to sell out at 20% but may just keep hold and see where this can go collecting dividend along the way

Have been in here for a while now, what I like about this company is the relationship with the shareholder, again today, warrants RNS out which is often a bit of a downer, but followed by a another very positive news story, this BOD clearly want to do things right and look after investors, good on them and thank you, we don't see enough of that.

hold 125,000 shares (big investment in my book) and wait till the share drops to this point and then sell - genius!

I think it is 525,000 post consolidation, as that is from the ADM Energy website where all numbers are post consolidation, but agree they are from some time ago, just trying to understand if anyone remembers when and who holds them.

Dusterhater - reasonable question, why now?, I believe they were valid for 5 years:

Did we need the £72k cash - imagine this is unlikely, would be a worry if so

Does the redeemer which to sell them now, would also be a worry if so, why would they not believe like many of us on here that the shares will be going up in value?

Has it been 'forced' as part of a contractual clause - coming as it does just a week or so after we are told SO is stepping down, is it part of that process (hope so, feels like this would be the most satisfactory reason for us shareholders IMO)

Still unclear as to who owns the warrants but imagine SO will have had some.....

I see the warrants were notified in the RNS detailing the strategic investor, and I also see that post consolidation there are 8,525,000 according to the ADM website, albeit the RNS stated that 800,000,000 had been issued which would be 8,000,000 post consolidation. What I am unclear about is who holds these warrants, where is that information? and also of course when were the other 525,000 warrants issued, must be from earlier?

Anyone have an idea or answers to the above please?

Always seems quiet on this board but anyone any views on current share price demise. My view is that this is a pretty good business, well run and expanding, appreciate the general retail malaise but this seems over done and a potential for a pretty good bounce - just wonder what I am missing.........................

Any views on the £118m lawsuit filed against Mahmud Kamani?

Unclear whether it is a personal one against him or the business........, it is however certainly Boohoo related.

Speaking for myself only, I am keen to allow others to formulate their own opinions, what I believe or not is really of no interest to anyone else, and I would certainly not wish for anyone else to base any view / judgement / action on what I think may happen. I see no issue in remaining neutral.

Very happy for all on here after that terrific RNS, everything we could have wished for at this stage.

Whilst we all hoped and prayed this is what would happen, there were plenty of people deramping, questioning whether HH even was aware of the company, that it was some kind of ruse, that the interview with him was suspect in some way and not even real.......well there you have it, even have quotes from him in the RNS and he is now the President of the business.

What happens now and in the coming days and weeks will be interesting, but I am sure many, like me, will now be reconsidering their strategy here, I was never looking to trade the share for a quick buck, however I am now starting to think this is even a longer term hold and may well add!

I think it's all be said, everyone is just waiting on news, I think that is the only thing holding this back now, people have their positions, most if not all monies been returned from OO so people have likely already reinvested it if that is what they chose to do, some big positions held amongst PIs methinks so now just a waiting game.

I have my maximum position with a low average thankfully and not going to put any more money in for the foreseeable, I reckon that is probably then position of most at this juncture.

Could be a bloodbath once any news breaks, a scramble to sell or buy dependent upon what is said.

Would be nice to get a few more stories / riddles from RKB with some beekeeping analogies to keep us going..................

I topped up earlier (more than an hour ago), but not showing, I always check my trades on here and they have always shown up, not this one though, I have the shares in my account so not bothered really but odd all the same!
