How soon after someone hits 30% do they need to declare it to the market?

aha - take your point, the 604m was the actual number allocated which may (or may not) equate to the 10%, my mistake, even better then, significant sums to be returned to shareholders who requested shares and will be disappointed and who may (or may not) look to top up with returned monies once received.

That's quite a bit of cash then.......appreciate the 10% is guesswork at this stage as we don't know who received full allocation (if any) and who was trimmed back, nevertheless, augers well.

Appreciate more shares were taken up but the majority were the ones people were 'entitled' too to match existing holdings, as I read it the 604m (or thereabouts) represents the number of shares applied for under the EAF, which is the number I used........happy to be corrected

so 604,000,000 excess shares applied for under the OO according to the RNS and circa 60,000,000 issued means that circa 540,000,000 share subscriptions unfulfilled, many of which will possibly be purchased when funds are returned, could be a nice couple of days then when that happens and we are all in the picture. If you believe in the opportunity here then shares at 0.000125 vs .0002 is not really a deal breaker over the medium term is it.............? £375 difference for 5m, £750 for 10m, the 'immediate profit' on the ones we have received as holders would wipe that out easily. Personally I would look to top up at anything around 0.0002 (current price) or below

If you don't mind me asking, did you apply for excess shares and if so approximately what % did you receive of what you requested?

I wouldn't believe the buys and sells on LSE, they are often incorrect sadly, just look at the prices and the times and you will see many are clearly incorrect, check out the activity around 9.05-9.07 - looks strange to me.

You would think it should be right but I have learned to not rely on the information.

I am with Halifax sadly so am unclear at this stage how many additional shares above the OO allocation I will receive, I was not greedy, just rounded my holding up really, however based on others comments recently it looks like I may get around 10% of the requested amount. That will leave me with funds I was happy to put into Bou, if the share remains around this level I would most likely use the funds to top up albeit at a higher average share price than the OO would have given. I would imagine many others may do similar so we could see a nice little rise if and when this happens don't you think?

Fear not at this stage, it was likely to be what was going to happen, it's about news now, that will determine direction of share price and speed of movement, instant 'free' profit rarely happens. To be quite honest it has done well to stay above the .02 position, if anything that is the surprise. What would be really great now is an RNS from the Board to cement a 'new' and more positive relationship with shareholders going forward. We have done our bit and supported the OO, they now need to do theirs and share something we can trust in.

odd, I am also with Halifax SD (for my sins), did mine on 10th too (remember because it was my birthday!) and money went out this morning - might be worth you web chatting them to check instruction received and all is well.

I have to say, I am rather surprised (but very pleased) that the share price is holding up so well under current circumstances, OO news is out there, we all know what is happening to a point, a significant number of shares are being issued at price well below this, yet we see a rise, bodes well dare I suggest!

I honestly expected this to drift back as we get closer to the OO so not surprised or indeed 'spooked' by it. If the OO is linked to some positive news then great, and I would expect a good move up, if there is no news I also suspect that the share price could drop again once the shares are issued as people take advantage of the 'immediate profit'.

I however will continue to hold for the foreseeable to see where this goes, I got in low, my average will be 0.015 post the OO so happy to wait it out and see what transpires in the months ahead, if it works out happy days, if it doesn't then will not have lost too much and will live to fight another day. GLA

I get the confusion, but as I read it option 2 will get you the 'guaranteed' shares but will also potentially allow you to get the additional ones requested albeit they are not guaranteed. The wording is:

"I elect to accept the Offer to buy a specified number of BOULD OPPS PLC ORD GBP0.0001 shares (the quantity you enter below should be the total number of shares you wish to apply for)".

So you are electing to accept the offer and apply for more as well, it is only the extra ones you may not get all of.

Whilst I agree with your sentiment, I have to take issue with criticism of Tesco leadership - IMO, they have superb leadership now, Dave Lewis and Charles Wilson are two of the best retail business leaders in the UK, market is challenging granted, but they will come through I have no doubt. Happy with you other points though.

all those buybacks and now listing half a billion share just like that which more than wipes them out - I am a large and LTH and have been exceptionally patient over the years, I am losing it now. Properly pi**ed off.

I want to see a sizeable increase to dividends next time round or a special or I am out of here. There are better returns out there presently
