I put a message on here 2 weeks ago when at 55p, stating that the SP fall was overdone IMO, I know a little about this company having been in retail a while, I think they have just suffered the sector ill feeling, as a business it is well run, expanding and doing pretty well by the looks of it. Not going to set the world alight to be fair, but a good chance of a SP run north now back to just under £1 and paying a reasonable divi, 3.6p FY which is a rather healthy 5% even at this entry level.

I bought and sold 2 weeks ago for a small return, got back in 2 days ago, will probably keep hold for a while now and see where this goes.

could have bagged a few grand on that rise and fall though - bug*er!

wholly likely he intends to start up another oil business which after all is his 'specialism' - I don't think he could hold shares here if he is thinking of doing that, not sure it is allowed, he still owns 580,000 shares as we know at the moment. None of us know his contractual situation but it could very well be a condition, sometimes it is, sometimes not, we will likely never know, not an unusual situation however.

could indeed be contractual obligation, and could be that he has to sell if he intends to work in another business which is deemed a competitor, likely that he is planning too at some point in the future I would say. I am pretty sure under these circumstances then he would be required to sell. Anyone know where the Articles of Association are, can't find them........it may say something in there.

Personally see it as a positive though, as it seems does the general market..............didn't it move quick though eh, bodes well for future news assuming it is received well.

Suspect news got out that an RNS was imminent and people speculated what it could be, which is why it settled back down a little, just my view

Clearly plenty of people out there looking to add or get in, even after the share price jumps 30%+ in a few minutes...........bodes well when real news comes don't you think?

Agreed, over 100m shares purchased in 30 minutes in what looks like a pattern so could be (I say could be) the same person - hey maybe RKB has sold out of CLP and is back in here? LOL

no I think you are correct, I believe it is just caught up in the whole retail malaise, I bought in a few days ago, partly because I think there is upside albeit not expecting huge gains, mostly for the dividend which I think is reasonably safe for now. Just not a sexy share, but hey who wants too many of them!

A good summer and Brexit will surely help - caravans, camping and bikes.........and new car sales down so more work on older ones, looks a good bet to me.

There was never really any concern about the publication of results to be honest, they were aware of the need, plenty of people had contacted them just in case and been informed all was in order, so I am not surprised that the news has not met with an increase in SP.

It is still, and always has been about the news on RTO which is critical, and at this point everything is pointed to the fact that progress is being made, the previous RNS regarding warrants was the biggest clue to this. Furthermore there was a snippet in last nights RNS too referring to the 'health sector' - that was most interesting, why put it in at all, why mention the health sector.....? They didn't need too but they did. Was it a coded way of informing people it is not Coeur / Scotia? It was clearly very deliberate though.

However it did state "a number of investment opportunities" - so could be more than 1.

Anyone managed to do further research on links between AG and health sector companies?

So early research, but AG incorporated a new company 4 months ago on 22/02/19 called ZA Consultancy, he is the only shareholder, it states that this is a company providing Management consultancy (other than financial management).

Now there is a company in the US called ZA Consulting who's activities according to Bloomberg are as follows:
"ZA Consulting, LLC provides consulting services to integrated health systems, health networks, provider networks, senior living and long term care providers, and physician organizations. It also provides its services to hospitals, governmental agencies, rehabilitation providers, outpatient providers, home health care organizations, and community based providers. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania."

Can't find any link to AG but is it just a coincidence that both companies have the same name and the US one is involved in healthcare.

I maybe way off mark here but may be worthy of further investigation to try and link AG or Mr Shafi to this business. Apologies up front if this is a red herring, I sincerely don't mean to confuse / mis inform anyone, just 'googling' around.

Looks to be moving on very little trades which seems odd bearing in mind the number of shares out there.

What is likelihood that further news will arrive with results, it would seem an opportune time to get a further update on progress don't you think? With positive news in this regard we could see a nice little bounce from here by the weekend IMO.

MM & Op - hopefully you both still remain optimistic, I am sure you are. Is interesting how this share moves based on any sells and buys, but good week so far ticking up bit by bit. In since 3.8p so currently a happy bunny but only a small holding sadly.

very odd share this.....down, up, and seemingly no particular reason, had thought an increase was due today following news on Friday which to my mind was all we could have hoped for at this point and keeps things on the move in a positive way.

Certainly feels like much is being done behind the scenes to 'tidy up' and get ready for the RTO, PH now out of the equation it would appear and AG in 'deeper' having bought the warrants.

On another point, just wanted to follow up on the RKB messages. Like many others, I read all his posts, and very much enjoyed them, he was clearly very positive and I imagine many people bought based on his comments and views, rightly or wrongly. I am sure we have all made lazy investments in the past lets be honest.

When viewing another BB I saw his postings and simple asked when he was coming back to Bou, he stated to me that his priorities lay elsewhere and it was at that point that I realised he had moved on. Now, whilst I do not know RKB, what I had gleaned from his posts and some intuition on my part, was that he was an honourable man and I still hold that view today. But I did think it would be right for him to come on here and state his position openly, I would not expect that of the majority, what they do is their business, however based on the numerous posts and interactions on here I think it is the right thing to do.

To his great credit, that is exactly what he did and I totally respect him for that. I wish him all the very best.

So back to Bou, I can only imagine AG is very busy, and I also believe that we are likely to get a few more RNS's in the coming weeks updating on progress, it seems his way is to engage with SH more than perhaps we were previously used too. That must bode well. Still a 'risk' but odds are improving daily at the moment.

I am not sure about the 1p-2p price suggestions, they seem somewhat hopeful, but you never know...........maybe in time. But the ducks are lining up nicely. I am a 'hold' here, I have my OO shares on top of the ones I held plus a few more, not sold one since that awful RNS a few months back which spooked me but got them all back and only cost me a few quid thankfully. Proper annoyed with myself about that, fell in the trap.

Just for info, I consider BB of any shares I am invested in as 'my BB', so CLP is one of those, have been invested there in a small way for some time, I did not go over there to seek you out for sure, just watching, reading and learning as I do with any share I have a financial interest in and saw your huge number of posts over recent days trying to lay out the position CLP is in, a complex one indeed!

I do however respect the fact that you decided to return here and make clear your position, as Jace86 states, it is obviously and absolutely your choice when you buy and sell, but I do feel that any investor who is in large, and then who contributes significantly in the way you have previously here, owes a little to the board in terms of clarity of position. I know most don't, many people have agendas, and of course it is only my view which you may not share, however as an honourable man I hoped you might, so thank you.

Fair enough RKB, your prerogative entirely, it is just you were so active the BOU threads and very engaging, with many informative insights, and I also believed heavily invested. Contributors there were also extremely supportive of you in the challenging times with LSE. I appreciate there were a few recent 'issues' but thought they had been resolved.

If you have sold out and moved on from BOU I wish you the very best of luck with all your future investments, particularly here which as you say is where your loyalty lies.

flippin heck Deos you have made some large losses, ever thought of just sticking with the photocopiers and printers and forgetting about trading? I genuinely feel for you, I lost a fraction of that on a share earlier this year and I was devastated, clawed it all back thankfully now but has taken best part of 4 months with a few lessons along the way.

Best advice I can give anyone now is don't over invest in any one share and keep the very largest part of your portfolio in dividend paying FTSE stocks, plenty paying 5%+ at the moment, not as much fun, but you can sleep at night!

Best of luck with this one, reckon you will be able to b/e in time, I got in yesterday in low 30s, reckon it will bounce in time and should double from this point, with a dividend as well, felt like a no brainer, did similarly with another company today who announced results and price tanked, it will recover and is paying 6% dividend based on purchase price. Fun, relatively low risk IMO and hopefully profitable. Will never be super rich on my strategy though sadly.

Let me know of any other shares you are in which I can avoid

I love reading your messages, be it on here or on Bou, it is a pure delight to be honest, you are clearly a very intelligent, detailed, informed and passionate man, but dare I say that today you perhaps need to pop off and have a cup of tea and a bit of a break, I sense a completely different tone to your messages and responses which is unlike you.

By the way, when are you returning to Bou?

Skier - I think you are completely wrong with that assertion. Of course you can get big ticket lines online but many many people much prefer to visit a store when investing so much money and see the product, get advice and have the confidence of resolving any issues should things go wrong. I know many people will visit and then buy online but many will do that from Currys website anyhow, safe in the knowledge they can return to a physical store. Advice is also key, electricals are more and more advanced and many people want support which is simply not available from a random website where you can get something £10 cheaper on a £500+ item. It's simply not worth it for many.

I believe Currys will be fine, retail is in a malaise for sure, but it will come back in some form, customers will always want bricks and mortar and I believe Currys will be around for a few years yet. I bought at £1 this morning, already well in profit, dividend is strong and looks reasonably safe, and I have not as yet decided my exit point, but I am very confident it will be at least 50% gain before I do and maybe even a few pence divi along the way. A no brainer in my opinion.
