The Sitryx deal sounds like a complete punt by Lilly. A group of scientists who got together less than 2 years ago and have produced a lot of academic papers (1,000 between them). No indication of what molecules they have in the pipeline, whether they've been tested for toxicity etc in other words I think they've sold a research platform/concept. In that sense they've played a blinder but I do wonder if we'll see much come of this and the $820m in milestones is just a pipe dream. Having said that, it might actually help to put a value on SKIL which on my books (and not unlike Aurora) has no value. The core difference could be that someone at Sitryx is a dealmaker and that's what we need here. GLA
