all the kist quality checked on same day.
FDA expects manufacturer to quality check them and upload certificate in public domain.

According to documentation available on genedrive website below stock was quality checked and shipped to Beckman Coulter.
LPU - 475 plates, stock expired on 30 Jun 2021
FPU - 800 plates, stock expires on 25 Aug 2021
BPU - 1040 Plates, stock expires on 09 Sep 2021

Total plates = 2315

Total value of shipment is 2315 x 2400 = $5.566m. out which of which BC consumed $0.4m worth for demo and paid us. There is still $5.166m worth of stock left to sell with BC and all of them are nearing to expiry soon. so I would expect BC update sooner or no later than 09 Sep.

Leaving Budd's failures and missed deadlines. Everyone knows how quickly this can move up, we have seen it on Indian import license update until DB put speeding ticket out. Just imagine the sp reaction when material sales and revenue start kicking in, we will see many multiples of current SP.
Because of our current cash position and lack of sales many are watching from side lines. There is possibility of little bit more down side if sales are delayed further. But I strongly believe we can easily get over this and over long term the company will be profitable.
This presents a great opportunity at current levels, BUY or HOLD.

Jimi I agree Sales are going to pop up slowly but Budd let all the investors down by not making any sales in last 18 months.
The company has good products and great prospects but with Budd’s attitude we are are going to go anywhere.
He needs to go and I would certainly vote him down in next AGM

I complete agree with you, Company has a very unique and compelling product portfolio. It is now beginning its commercial journey and has lined up some very good distribution agreements with BC/MH.
I’m only worried about cash burn rate and remaining cash at bank. DB needs to come out and declare sales and give guidance for future. I don’t want him to repeat the same like POC update where despite knowing it earlier and with holding it till last minute.

Genedrive are bit tight on cash so they need sales/revenues. BC simple can’t hold our money too long, they have to pay us if sold any tests. I don’t think it is the case.

I doubt the sales are meagre and hence DB is holding and waiting to club it with some other potential good news to reduce the impact on already dampen market.. he did same last time too..

This is another main problem, we have huge expectations and these estimates and calculations is what going to disappoint some.

First let’s make enough revenue to be manage the company expenses and be profitable and later we can dream big.

Any one of them can make SP bag from here, huge upside and the downside is limited and 38p is absolutely bottom.

Until 25th March we did not sell anything other than $400k for BC demo . what makes people think that company is selling loads in last 3 months and DB is purposely not reported the sales?
Anyways everything would be clear soon, DB cannot simply with hold trading update for too long as it would dent the company reputation which is already at all time low..

Exactly we only have very handful of distributors distributing couple of products and sure it won’t be a Herculean task to collect them?

BC is big diagnostics firm and sales are bound to happen just wait for next RNS
Divoc is selling in India.
We will get confirmations soon and mega rerate is on..

This may not be directly linked to GDR, but it gives an Idea on demand for quality testing would be in high in coming months when the whole world tries to come out of pandemic.
I hope DB and his team takes this opportunity to make some sales atleast in the countries we are allowed to sell. and not sitting and waiitng for FDA EUA

A POC machine can only run one assay that is configured for. If you want to run a different assay then you have to reprogram or change settings for the required one..
you cannot run all assays together!!

He is taking as much time as possible and hoping for FDA EUA so that he can report some initial sales.

This is a budget representation for FY22 and would very likely to get approved. But I agree it is not a confirmed sale yet until the contract is awarded.
A contract would be awarded in March 22 and first delivery is in June 22, so wait for for another 7 to 8 months for RNS on this.
