What ms wrong in asking for a quarterly update in development and sales be what ever it is. Are you scared it is going to expose how **** DB is doing. it is important to know what is company doing and allows investors to make informed decision rather being speculative.
Regular updates are good for SP too..

All I’m saying is just be transparent and provide an update, be what it is. Does matter of it is good or bad. Provide investors to make an informed decision to buy or sell.
I’m a long term investor and would keep holding because I truly believe in the products the company and the sector ( point of care diagnostics). I will keep holding and adding on weakness. That doesn’t mean I’m happy with Budd, he is clearly struggling here and out of depth. I’m surprised from a man with sales experience struggling to sell a covid test in a pandemic.

The silence is not an answer, he needs to update the market with challenges the company is facing.
Explain:
what is happening around sales in SA. What is the Sysmex as a distributor doing?
What is happening with sales in India. Dot want to end up like another SA?
Where is the EU deal and why so much delay in closing it.
What is the info requested by WHO, is that good thing or bad thing. Please update us?

Why hide everything, he was quick to react on Friday to protect investors. If he is so concerned about investors then he need to be transparent and update market.

Don’t tell me he is busy, it is his job to update investors too. I’m not expecting a update every week but at least a quarterly update regarding the ongoing developments and sales.
it is quite clear he is delaying updates to just hide his inefficiency. I’m for sure going to vote him down in next annual general meeting. He is not good for the company.

Reacted late and in a bad way!!

Divoc is distributor and also had own labs too..
you need some one to acts as distributor and own a licence to import tests..

The distribution agreement with Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is really the best thing that David Budd did for the company but unfortunately it is hampered by the delay in approvals.
IMHO - I dont think we would get EUA any time sooner becuase we are not in a high priority queue and there a lot of applications like ours in the queue, it is about time we sumbit through beckman for a high throughput using biomek i7. I know it would put us back of the pecking order but atleast we are on a priority queue so our new application gets addressed quicker.

Secondly, DB should have focussed heavily on POC with the money we got from last year fund raise rather than pinning hopes on EUA and heavily relying on it. if we would have lauched POC as stated in march and submitted to FDA/WHO we could have received our EUA for POC by now. becuase in march POC was classified as high priority by FDA and even WHO.

DB completely messed up the whole thing. I'm worried that we draw a blank again in sales and approval in next update.

IMHO - Yes it would be released next week but with varied core features. Not sure if that would be good or bad!!

We often seen big drops and raises in the past before RNS, looks like a leak and some thing worse is coming!!

Just checked the presentation again.. yes it says "Positive result in 15 minutes from saliva"
but consistency in saliva hampered by performance of synthetic commercial virus targets, so we are using swabs that is what making me think and product page too..

We would know soon anyways, 7 more days to look for 7am RNS.
There are obliged to release an update about POC by end of this month because it was targeted for Q2

I hope it is less than 25 minutes..
otherwise 40 minutes is not great for single cartridge POC - just my opinion!!

IMHO - POC would be ready next week and an update would be released but the core features would not be same as initial design.
I doubt that it might take 40 minutes than the originally planned 20 minutes. Because the product page says < 45 minutes, not sure if that was always been like this or recently updated

Same is the case with India, where some tests have been disallowed which provides a great opportunity for us. Come on DB it is time to grab some these opportunities while you wait for FDA EUA.
